The following information was compiled from East Ridge Police Department “pass along” reports.
Aug. 14 Day Shift
5610 Ringgold Road:
Police responded to an automobile crash. Upon arrival police contacted the driver, Mary Griffith and passenger, Jeremy Womack. During the crash investigation meth, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia were located. Womack was arrested and charged accordingly. Griffith was transported to Erlanger. Warrants have been issued for her arrest.
5517 Ringgold Road (Suds and Shine Laundry):
Upon police arrival contact was made with the owner. He advised during the night a male party went into the restroom and crawled through the ceiling to enter the locked office and storage room. Police viewed the video and did recognize the male on the video as the person they had just seen heading into the Walgreens (5301 Ringgold Road). Police went to the Walgreens and contacted the person in the video, Dustin Harold Long. Long was arrested and charged with burglary and possession of drug paraphernalia.
1500 Keeble Street- Burglary:
Upon police arrival contact was made with the apartment owner. While attempting to speak to the owner he began pointing at a female who had just crossed through a hole in a fence behind the property. Police attempted to contact the female but lost sight of her as she ran away. Police searched the area but did not locate. The owner advised this is the same suspect that has been sneaking the apartments at night. The owner advised the female’s name may be Hanna. The apartment had been entered and the suspect was observed inside by the owner.
100 I-75 North (Welcome Center)
Upon police arrival contact was made with the ground’s supervisor. He advised while cleaning a small baggie of marijuana was found next to a picnic table. He turned over the marijuana to be destroyed.
5001 Newport Drive: Harassment
Upon arrival police spoke with the complainants, Aaron Mile and Tayler Nelson. Nelson advised her child’s father, Gage Hahn, has been calling and messaging her regarding her current boyfriend, Miles. Nelson was able to provide recordings of Hahn threatening to kill Miles starting back in February. Warrants will be sought for Mr. Hahn for harassment of Mr. Miles.
6674 Ringgold Road (Rodeway Inn): Overdose
A female subject was found in room 173 unresponsive. She was given two doses of Narcan and transported to Parkridge Hospital.
1014 Spring Creek Rd – Church of God of the Union Assembly – Alarm:
On arrival, police located an unsecured front door. Police cleared the building and then secured the door.
5600 Ringgold Rd – Property Damage:
An 18-wheeler knocked down an AT&T phone line, which had been lowered by a previous motor vehicle collision with a utility pole.

Night Shift
1412 Mana Ln. / Theft:
Complainant called in to report his girlfriend stealing a set of blue tooth speakers belonging to him. The complainant had no serial numbers for the items and did not know the make or model, however police did complete a theft report. The victim had little suspect information he only knew it was Holly R.. Holly resides with the complainant who was told to call back in upon her arrival home. No warrants are being sought at this time due to lack of evidence.
5300 Greenbriar Road / Abandoned Auto:
A black 1999 Chevrolet Suburban without registration was found parked on the north side of Greenbriar Road. The vehicle was tagged as abandoned.
1122 Edwin Lane / Arrest:
Jesse Ervin was taken into custody on a probation violation warrant through East Ridge following a suspicious activity call.
