The following information was provided from East Ridge Police Department “pass along” reports.
June 27– Day Shift
2131 Dugan Street:
A well-being check was requested on a five (5) year old male that was possibly left home alone. Christina Rivers, the child’s mother, was arrested for child neglect after leaving the child home alone. She was also charged with violating her conditions of release by the Chattanooga Police Department. Child Protective Services responded and took emergency custody of the child.
6513 Ringgold Road:
A call was received about a female slumped over the steering wheel of her vehicle, which had been parked in the gravel lot next to Waffle House. It was determined that she was sleep deprived after having worked at her job at Peyton’s Distribution in Cleveland, TN, and had pulled over n her way home to Rossville, GA. Her husband arrived on scene and drove her home.
6805 Martha Avenue:
Steven Pickett was arrested on an outstanding East Ridge warrant following a disorder with his mother at this location.
6725 Ringgold Road:
Police responded to this area when an anonymous caller advised that they saw a suspected prostitute exiting a vehicle. Police contacted the suspected female who said some church people brought her some food. She said she had not been engaging in prostitution.
3416 Land Street:
Police responded to this location after being notified that a stolen vehicle was in the area. The stolen car was recovered, but the suspect, Jim Carter, fled the scene through the back door. The owner of the car was contacted and the car was towed from the scene.

June 27 – Night Shift
4214 Ringgold Road:
Deangelo Satterwhite was served with an East Ridge warrant and transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
709 South Lovell Street:
A caller complained about a barking dog. Police spoke with the owner of the barking dog. The subject advised that they found the dog and had plans to take the dog to East Ridge Animal Services in the morning. They advised that they would take the dog inside for the night.
5408 Marion Avenue:
The residents reported they left their home around 11:15 am and upon returning home around 10:00 pm, they noticed their back door had been kicked in. The female resident said she walked around the home but did not notice anything taken or out of place. She said they have two (2) large dogs and the dogs probably deterred the suspects when they entered the home. She advised that the shed door had also been tampered with but they did not notice anything taken from there either.
Ringgold Road / Maxwell Road:
Heather Johnson was arrested for driving under the influence after being stopped for speeding.
601 Walnut Street:
Geoffery Claar was arrested on an active East Ridge warrant for criminal simulation.
6514 Ringgold Road:
A call was received at this location from a male subject requesting assistance. Police assisted the subject by transporting him to his home.
1527 Burns Avenue:
A call of a burglary in progress was received. The reporting party told the dispatch center that she heard noises coming from the back of their home. Police arrived on scene and found no signs of attempted forced entry.

June 28 – Day Shift
6515 Ringgold Road:
David Good was found sleeping on the property and was told to leave. He complied.
5517 Ringgold Road:
A vandalism and a physical altercation occurred at this location. Video surveillance footage was provided to police by the owner of the business.
1134 McBrien Road:
A caller, identifying himself as Charles R., advised dispatch that someone was shot. Officers contacted the residents but were advised that nobody had been shot. Officers checked the surrounding area of the residence and did not locate anyone. An attempt was made to locate the caller, but he was no located.
601 Walnut Street:
Paul Weddington was served with a failure to appear warrant. He was transported to the Hamilton County Jail by the Red Bank Police Department.

June 28 – Night Shift
3205 Old Ringgold Road:
A complainant said he observed a woman attempting to gain entry through the side door of the Book Company. Upon arrival officers observed the doorknob had been damaged by what appeared to be an attempt to pry the door open. The complainant said he startled the woman and she fled the area. She ran to an awaiting dark-colored hatchback vehicle. She then entered the passenger side and fled north on South Seminole Drive. The woman was described as wearing a hat and having something covering her face.
3713 Ringgold Road:
An alarm was activated at Subway. The business checked secure.
4214 Ringgold Road:
Randy Harris was served with an active East Ridge warrant.
1153 Altamaha Street:
Police were dispatched to this address regarding a woman screaming. The caller advised that she heard screaming when she walked by. Police were unable to locate anything.
5309 Marion Avenue:
An alarm was activated at this location. Police contacted the owner. Everything checked okay.
6500 Ringgold Road:
Police responded to this area regarding a suspicious person. Police encountered a man who was on his way to the Rodeway Inn and did not appear to be causing any issues at that time.
1527 Burns Avenue:
Michael Parke was taken into custody for a Hamilton County warrant.

June 29 – Day Shift
847 Belvoir Terrace:
An alarm was activated at this residence. Police responded and the residence checked secure.
941 Spring Creek Road:
A 9-1-1 hang-up call was received from this location. It was determined to be an accidental call.
1701 Prigmore Road:
A 9-1-1 hang-up call was received. It was discovered that someone was playing on the phone as the caregiver was not watching. The call was accidental.
6726 Ringgold Road:
A truck backed into another truck after it pulled into the parking lot of the fireworks business.

June 29 – Night Shift
6519 Ringgold Road:
Kyla White and Billy Burnette were sitting in a van on the back lot of Super 8. Both had active Hamilton County warrants. They were taken into custody and transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
800 South Moore Road:
Tequila Porter was issued a misdemeanor citation for driving while license revoked/suspended.
3715 Ringgold Road:
An alarm was activated at the Subway. The building checked secure.
5315 Weaver Street:
Richard Faires harassed his sister, again. He left a blue bunny on the front porch and ran off as police arrived.
639 Camp Jordan Parkway:
Police took Terrance Careathers into custody for two (2) counts of aggravated domestic assault after he dragged his pregnant girlfriend through the parking lot of Chik-Fil-A with his vehicle. Mr. Careathers was stopped by a good Samaritan, who blocked his path with his own vehicle or else he may have continued to drag the victim into Ringgold Road. Mr. Careathers was also charged with felony evading from him fleeing from police at a high rate of speed following the incident. Mr. Careathers was located moments later at 201 Eads Street, apartment 112.
5910 Ringgold Road:
An alarm was activated at this location. Police were unable to locate anything out of the ordinary and all doors and windows were secure.
Frederick Drive / Helen Drive:
Police responded to the area due to a woman in the middle of the road screaming at people. Police located the woman in the roadway. She had multiple injuries to her face and body. She would not answer any questions asked by police. Officers assisted EMS because the woman began fighting first responders.
3415 Gail Drive:
Jayson Collar choked his mother and refused her access to leave or use the phone for 9-1-1. Warrants are being sought for his arrest.
4150 Ringgold Road:
Two (2) juvenile females were issued criminal trespass warnings from this location by Walmart management. Police informed the females they were trespassed from this location and not allowed to return to this location.
1515 Prigmore Road:
A call was received regarding a vehicle that has been sitting on the lot next to this property. The vehicle information was checked, and it did not return as stolen.
Ringgold Road / Mack Smith Road:
Jessica Board was taken into custody for an East Ridge warrant. Ms. Board was arrested and transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
5403 Connell Street:
Police were dispatched to this location regarding a suspicious person knocking on the front door of the home. Nobody was located.
5301 Ringgold Road:
A theft was reported at the Walgreens. The manager said that a man came into the store and stole several Gillette razors. The man then left the parking lot traveling east in the parking lot.
5315 Weaver Street:
A call was received about a suspicious person. The homeowner said that her brother, Richard Faires, was intoxicated and beating on her front door trying to make entry. Police checked the area, and nothing was located.

June 30 – Day Shift
1330 Greenslake Road:
Bobby Massey said he called police because he got into a fight with his cousin, Andrew Burnette. Due to both subjects giving conflicting stories and no determination of a primary aggressor, both subjects agreed to not interact with one another for the reminder of the day. Emily Weddle was present at this location and taken into custody due to having warrants from Collegedale, TN.
6511 Slater Road:
Alex Durgin, manager of The Cottage House, wanted to repot damage done to a lock on one of the metal and glass doors. The damage was done sometime between 6:45 pm on June 29th and this morning before 10:15 am. The lock has scrapes and marks in the metal facing the keyhole and is currently unusable. The store owner believes it may be one of the former vendors that caused the damage.
201 Eads Street:
An alarm was activated in apartment 123. The apartment checked secure.
Ringgold Road / Frawley Road:
About five (5) people wearing all red were reported in the middle of the intersection by a Fort Oglethorpe, GA officer. All of the subjects were gone prior to police arrival.
3657 Ringgold Road:
The complainant advised that an unknown male in his 40s or 50s and covered in tattoos, came into her motel room to ask for money. The complainant said a short time later the man had left, and she noticed her wallet was missing.

June 30 – Night Shift
1600 Keeble Street:
A male subject crashed his bicycle and impaled his right thigh with a sharp stick. He was transported to the hospital.
6500 Ringgold Road:
Police were called to this area due to a broken-down car causing traffic issues. Upon arrival, the vehicle owner advised he had a tow truck on the way; however, his vehicle was sitting in a lane of travel on Ringgold Road.
941 Spring Creek Road:
Police picked up one male subject from Parkridge East Hospital and transported him to Moccasin Bend.
4330 Ringgold Road:
Police arrested Alix Duke on possession of schedule IV drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
3501 Land Street:
Police were called to this residence regarding a reported fight between multiple people. Upon arrival it was determined that it was a party that turned into a fight. There were no reported victims of an assault. The party was shut down for the evening.
800 South Moore Road:
Elvia Yojana Hernandez Morales was issued a citation for no driver license.
4100 Ringgold Road:
Kealan Duckett was arrested for evading arrest due to not stopping for a speeding violation.
