The following information was provided by the East Ridge Police Department from Tuesday’s “pass along” reports.
April 16 – Day Shift
4159 Ringgold Road:
A woman reported that her bicycle was stolen from the front of Domino’s Pizza. She advised the theft occurred between 3:00 pm on April 15th and 2:00 pm on April 16th. She noticed the bicycle was missing when she took out the trash. The lock that had been on the bicycle was located by officers. It appeared to have been cut.
Frawley Road:
The Crime Suppression Unit and SWAT executed a search warrant at a residence in the area.
941 Spring Creek Road:
Police responded to Parkridge East Hospital after a patient reported an incident of sexual harassment. The victim advised that she was sitting in the smoking area outside of the hospital when a large man came outside and sat on the bench near her. She said the man was wearing blue work pants, a red, white, and blue shirt, and a blue jacket. She said the man began asking her sexually related questions, which made her uncomfortable. She said she got up and began walking back into the hospital to report the incident. She said that when she walked by the suspect, he reached up and touched her private area outside her clothing. She said he then got up and followed her into the hospital. She said she went back to her room and waited on her visitors to leave prior to reporting the incident. She further described the man as having white hair on the side of his head and said he was 57 years old. Employees at the hospital said they did not see anyone on the property that matched the suspect description provided.

April 16 – Night Shift
4919 Court Drive:
A resident reported seeing someone he knew to be a drug addict. He advised that the person had been kicked out of their parent’s home and was now on the property of the East Ridge Presbyterian Church. Police spoke with a person at the church who advised that the individual in question has permission to stay at the church.
4338 Ringgold Road:
Police were sent to Food Lion to check on a person that was said to be acting intoxicated. Christopher Breedlove, 41, of a Sunny Dell Circle address, was found to be in possession of Heroin and arrested for the possession.
4338 Ringgold Road:
Tyler O’Brien was arrested for theft of property after being caught shoplifting merchandise under his shirt.
601 Walnut Street:
Jennifer Walker was arrested at the Hamilton County Jail for a warrant issued on a driving while license suspended charge.
Heather Street / Burr Street:
Police were dispatched to the area regarding a suspicious vehicle. It turned out to be a real estate agent showing a house that is for sale.
100 I-75 North:
A white Nissan traveling on I-75 lost its front driver side tire. The tire struck the front end of a Nissan Titan causing very minor damage.
6513 Ringgold Road:
Police were dispatched to assist the East Ridge Fire Department on a medical call. EMS transported a person to the hospital.
3201 Westonia Drive:
Steven Lancaster was arrested for an active East Ridge warrant, which was discovered after police arrived on scene for disorder prevention efforts.
3206 Ringgold Road:
Jason Edwards, 42, of a Hogan Circle address in Rossville, was arrested for an active East Ridge warrant.
4214 Ringgold Road:
Benitez Williams was arrested for an East Ridge warrant while at the Hamilton County Jail.
3100 Gleason Drive:
Police encountered a gray Ford Explorer sitting in the roadway unoccupied. The vehicle had not been reported stolen and was registered to a Soddy Daisy man. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
3423 Land Street:
Police responded to meet with a representative from Chattanooga Property Management. The staff member advised they were on scene to assess the damage to the property and observed items of a concerning nature. Once on scene, police observed dozens of vacuum seal bags with green leafy residue that had an odor of marijuana. The bags were empty minus that residue. A report is on file.
3657 Ringgold Road:
Police responded to an apartment and spoke with a man and his girlfriend. Both admitted to being involved in an argument. They advised that the argument never escalated into anything physical. The woman told police that the argument started after the man’s other girlfriend arrived on scene. The woman said that the man had become confused and accidentally scheduled to spend the same night with both girlfriends. The pair agreed to separate for the evening.
3715 Connelly Lane:
Police responded to this location after a female caller advised she could hear a male voice outside her window. Police conducted a search of the premises but located nobody on or around her property.
3408-B Gail Drive:
Police responded to a disorder at this location. A resident in proximity to the incident location said they heard a man yelling for over an hour. Police contacted the occupant at 3408-B Gail Drive. He was in a heated phone argument. He said he was going to turn his phone off and go to bed, so that his neighbors could get some rest.
