On Wednesday, April 10 at approximately 9:30 p.m., East Ridge Fire and Police were dispatched to a reported Residential fire located at 122 Bales Ave.
First arriving units reported light smoke coming from the roof area of a single story residential structure. Fire crews located and extinguished the fire in the attic area. Crews then check for fire extension and conducted an extensive overhaul of the burned area.
No injuries were reported and the fire damage was estimated to be approximately $10,000.
“Great job to Blue Shift (fire) and East Ridge Police,” Williams said.
