Looking around near the new Exit 1, while seeing a rise in property interest in East Ridge, I’m more excited by the day for our city!
Just look at the views from the exit near the intersection of I-75 and I-24. From in front of the Bass Pro Shop, you can see the new Chic-fil-A to the right and behind it. The new front of the Chattanooga Mercantile center looks so much better than the old flea market did.
As a Real Estate Agent, I’m seeing an increase in the number of homes that potential buyers (and NEW East Ridge Residents!) are willing to look at. The average sale price is on an upswing, just like the rest of Metro Chattanooga. I see older neighborhoods that are being restored, one house at a time, and becoming what they were originally – inviting hamlets that call to young families and retirees alike.
Seeing the new and resurging businesses popping up makes me proud to be an East Ridge resident, and hopeful as a Real Estate Agent. Join me in telling our friends and newcomers to the area that East Ridge Is The Place To Be!
