Phony Money Floating Around

The East Ridge Police Department wants to warn local businesses that counterfeit bills are floating around.

The “Bad Benjamins” and the “Fake Fifties” are clearly marked, “For Motion Picture Use Only,” law enforcement officials said.

According to a press release from the department, bills recovered so far all have the same serial numbers on them. Any attempts to pass these bills should be reported to ERPD.
