Day Shift December 17
24-0115743 – 3600 BLK Ringgold Road – Indecent Exposure – ERPD was informed of a female who was possibly exposing herself to the public. Upon arrival, police noticed the woman leaning against the wall showing part of her buttocks but was not showing it intentionally. The woman is disabled and was resting against the wall and was unknowingly exposing herself. She was given a courtesy ride to Dodds Avenue in Chattanooga.
24-015745 – 5300 BLK Ringgold Road – Harassment – The reporting party stated his ex-girlfriend had been harassing him for approximately three months. He was only able to provide text messages to police between his mother and the woman arguing. The caller was informed there was not enough evidence to seek warrants.
Night Shift December 17
24-015770 – 1400 BLK St Thomas St – Disorder – A man was arrested for disorderly conduct, resisting stop, halt, frisk, and assault on police after a call of a disorder at the motel.
24-015752 – 1517 Tombras Avenue – Warrant Service – A man was taken into custody on warrants for DUI and Simple Possession at the East Ridge City Courthouse.
24-015758 – 601 Justice Way – Warrant Service – A party was arrested after a traffic stop at the 3300 block of Ringgold Rd for a warrant out of Hamilton County.
24-015761 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Warrant Service – A man was taken into custody on an East Ridge warrant for Alias Capias for the original charge of Driving on Revoked.
24-015763 – 4200 BLK Ringgold Road – Intoxicated Person – Police responded to an intoxicated person at the gas station. They found the party to be a male with Intellectual Developmental Disorder. Police contacted his mother who provided a ride for her son and his bicycle.
