Day Shift August 21
24-010749 – 3500 BLK Ringgold Road – Suspicious Person – An employee called about a homeless person on the property with lots of miscellaneous items. The man was checked for warrants and told to leave the property.
24- 010758 – 1400 BLK Mack Smith Road – Assault – Police were informed of a man who was assaulted by his coworker. He stated the suspect had followed him back to his car after an argument and shoved him towards his vehicle, spat on him, and then proceeded to slap him in the face. The suspect was not on scene when police arrived. Warrants will be sought for assault.
24-010759 – 6700 BLK Ringgold Road – Suspicious Vehicle – Police were informed of a vehicle being operated erratically around the hotel. The driver was checked for alcohol and drug influence then released.
Night Shift August 21
24-010780 – 5500 BLK Ringgold Road – Burglar Alarm – Police responded to a motion alarm and found two parties engaged in a bit of amorous congress in a model home. On party who had glass pipes with narcotics residue was cited for Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and both were trespassed.
24-010783 – 1500 BLK Cora Lane – Mentally Disturbed – A party experiencing a manic episode and threatening his family, was aided by Mental Crisis via Facetime. He cooperated with police and mental health advisors and was referred for further treatment.
24-010788 – 6500 BLK Ringgold Road – Assist Other Agency/Warrant Arrest – A subject wanted for aggravated assault, was found at the hotel on Ringgold Road. Catoosa County completed warrants, and the man was transported to Hamilton County Jail.
24-010779 – 4100 BLK Ringgold Road – Traffic Stop / Arrest – A man was arrested for habitual traffic offender, child restraint, financial responsibility, light law, and license required. He was transported to Hamilton County Jail.
24-010781 – 5300 BLK Lazard Street – Suspicious Activity – Police investigated a report of a neighbor stealing water from a for-sale house. The suspect, who claimed the former owner had allowed the use, apologized, and retrieved her water hose.
24-010782 – 4338 Ringgold Road – Suspicious Person – Police checked on a man seen with multiple toys and found him to be collecting candy.
