Day Shift April 23
19-013955- 7600 BLK Standifer Gap Road- Recovered Firearm- Chattanooga Police conducted a search warrant and recovered a stolen firearm originally reported in 2019. The Glock 19 Gen 5 was removed from NCIC. The owner could not be reached.
24-005117- 1100 BLK John Ross Road- Unconscious Person- When officers arrived, fire personnel were already on scene and were evaluating the male . He was found lying in the front yard of the residence with a case of beer. A small amount of narcotics and drug paraphernalia was located on the ground around him. The paraphernalia was placed in property and evidence to be destroyed. No charges will be sought for the possession of marijuana or paraphernalia.
Night Shift April 23
24-005134 – 3500 BLK Ringgold Road – Theft – Police responded to a theft in progress. Officers detained two juveniles and discovered four merchandise items concealed on both parties. The business refused to prosecute the juveniles for shoplifting but requested they both be trespassed. Police contacted the juvenile’s guardians, and they were released from detention.
24-005142 – 600 BLK S. Moore Road – Traffic-Citation – A woman was issued a misdemeanor citation for Driving While License Suspended after being stopped and cited for speeding.
24-005143 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Warrant Service – Police confirmed active warrants and provided the appropriate paperwork to the Hamilton County Jail.
24-005144 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Warrant Service – Police confirmed an active warrant and provided the appropriate paperwork to the Hamilton County Jail. Hamilton County Sheriff’s Deputies transported the party on their original charges.
24-005145 – 400 BLK Camp Jordan Parkway – Narcotics Violation – Police were called to the Emergency Department for patient property. A woman arrived with alcohol and drugs. Hospital staff turned the items over to police who put the drugs in property and evidence.
24-005146 – 6500 BLK Ringgold Road – SIA/Narcotics – Officers contacted two subjects after observing both parties at multiple businesses. Following a probable cause search of the vehicle one was taken into custody without incident. She was charged with possession of fentanyl, possession of crack cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and tampering with evidence. The other was issued a misdemeanor citation in lieu of arrest for possession of drug paraphernalia.
