Day Shift April 9
24-004459- 900 BLK South Crest Road- Harassment- The caller advised she was being harassed by the suspect from yesterday’s burglary. She requested an extra watch at her residence. Charges for this incident will be added in with yesterday’s charges.
Night Shift April 9
24-004493—1600 BLK Waterhouse Street—Traffic Stop/Evading – Police attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a vehicle with a suspended registration and display of plates violation. Upon activating the emergency equipment, the vehicle initially failed to yield. Prior to terminating the attempted stop the vehicle accelerated a fled at a high rate of speed south into Georgia.
No Case Number – 500 BLK Camp Jordan Parkway – Intoxicated Party – Police responded to a disorderly intoxicated party. The subject was gone on arrival. No further incident.
24-004470 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Warrant Service – A man was served East Ridge warrants for Petition to Revoke w/ original charge of Evading Arrest while in the custody of Hamilton County Jail.
24-004471 – 100 BLK Dorroh Lane – Vandalism – The caller advised police after returning home there was trash thrown against his front door. He advised that he did not know who would have done this. Police asked him to contact the apartment management and that they would extra patrol the area.
24-004472 – 1900 BLK McBrien Road – Crash No Injuries – Police were dispatched to a crash with no injuries. Officers were advised a Grey Toyota had hit the telephone pole and left the scene. Police located the suspect vehicle on Spriggs Street the driver was identified. He left the residence on foot and was not located at the time. A caller later advised he had arrived back at the residence. Officer returned and the suspect was taken into custody.
24-004491 – 1400 BLK Mack Smith Road – Disorder – Police responded to a man having an episode of dementia. The man had refused to sleep and caused a disturbance for his wife in the middle of the night. He agreed to go to bed at the request of police.
