Day Shift March 27
24-003836 – 1400 BLK Altamaha Street – Theft – The resident reported placing a check in the outside mailbox at the post office to be sent to a business in Cookeville. He stated he received a call from a bank in Cookeville asking if he had made the check out to (Name Redacted) for $3,987.89. He stated he had not and that the check was originally $275 and made out to mechanic’s shop. He stated the check was not cashed and was seized by the bank.
24-003833 – 3300 BLK Ringgold Road – Disorder – Police were informed a male had been sleeping in the laundromat and was told to leave the premises by the owner. The man was trespassed from the property. He was also found to have an extraditable warrant through Walker County. He was transported to the jail on the warrant.
24-003852 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Warrant Service – A woman was arrested on multiple outstanding warrants.
24-003841 – Cathy Lane @ Pinellas Lane – Warrant Service – Following a traffic stop at this location, a man was taken into custody on Hamilton County warrants. He was also issued multiple traffic citations.
Night Shift March 27
24-003875 – 3700 BLK Fountain Avenue- Domestic Disorder – Two parties were in a physical altercation. The male suspect was arrested for aggravated domestic assault, evading arrest, and public intoxication. He was transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
24-003865 – S. Moore Road @ S. Terrace – Traffic Stop / Arrest – Two women were taken into custody and transported to the Hamilton County Jail on warrants out of Hamilton County.
24-003868 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Found Property – The reporting party came to the police department wanting to return a wallet. A miscellaneous report was completed, and the wallet was turned into Property and Evidence.
24-003874 – 7609 Standifer Gap Road – Warrant Service – A man was served seven East Ridge warrants while in custody at the Hamilton County Jail.
24-003866 – 5300 BLK Bennett Road – Assist Other Agency – Chattanooga Police requested ERPD search for a stolen white trailer bearing “Haulmark” on the side, believed to be at this address. The area was canvassed, but nothing was found.
