Day Shift December 13
23-15709 -5821 Ringgold Rd – Arrest – Police were dispatched to check the wellbeing of a party asleep on the property. Police contacted the woman at which point she was arrested on several outstanding county warrants and was transported to jail without incident.
23-015725-3400 BLK Land St- Unconscious- Police were dispatched to assist on an unconscious female. Police contacted the RP who stated his wife was not responsive. Officers assisted medical personnel.
23-015702- 1100 BLK S Seminole Rd- Accident without Injuries- Police responded to an accident with no injuries. Upon arrival, police spoke with a party who stated the driver of the other vehicle had fled the scene. Police spoke with the driver and admitted to driving and leaving the scene because he was thirsty and scared. The driver was taken into custody for driving without a license, driving without insurance, and leaving the scene of an accident.
Night Shift December 13
23-015429 – 1000 BLK Bass Pro Drive – Theft – Police spoke to loss prevention who stated that an unknown male came into the store and stole three boxes of ammo worth approximately $160. Loss prevention stated that the male left in a black Ford F-150 bearing possible Alabama registration. Reporting party also provided police with photos of the male and the vehicle he left in.
23-015737 – 600 BLK Camp Jordan Parkway – Crash-DUI – Police responded to a crash at the drive-thru line where a vehicle had crashed into a fire hydrant. Police took the driver into custody for DUI, Driving on a suspended license, financial responsibility, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was taken to the Hamilton County Jail.
23-015744 – 3500 BLK Ringgold Road – Auto Fire – A vehicle engine caught fire and lost braking ability before coming to a stop in a grassy area. Firefighters extinguished the fire while police cordoned a safe perimeter. No further incident.
23-015745 – 18200 Interstate 24 EB – Hit and Run – Complainant reported being side swiped by a tractor trailer which then left the scene without stopping.
23-015747 – 5300 BLK Ringgold Road – Park & Walk – Police conducted a Park & Walk at the above address and found a man at this location. After running through dispatch, he was confirmed to have multiple active warrants through Hamilton County Sessions Court. Police transported him without issue.
23-015750 – 3700 BLK Ringgold Road – Suspicious Vehicle-Field Interview – Two men were located behind the business. They advised they were collecting pizzas from the trash can. They were educated on City Ordinances and advised to move along. Field interview was completed.
