Day Shift December 12
23-015661 – 3300 BLK Ringgold Road – Suspicious Activity – A party was criminally trespassed from the coin laundry at the owner’s request after refusing to leave.
23-015665 – 4300 BLK Bennett Road – Suspicious Activity – Officers responded to East Ridge High School on report of a party asleep in a vehicle on school property. The vehicle had an odor of marijuana about it. The man was found to have warrants through Hamilton County for Aggravated Assault. He was transported to jail without incident.
23-015676 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Warrant Service – A man was arrested on multiple East Ridge Warrants.
23-015671 – 1300 BLK St. Thomas Street – Assist Codes Enforcement – Police responded with Codes Enforcement to the area of the old Hungry Fisherman/Fisherman’s Quarters after receiving information of a homeless camp on the property. On arrival, police located a tent. It was unoccupied and a note was left for the party to vacate the area.
Night Shift December 12
23-015682 – 4000 BLK Bennett Road – Public Intoxication – Police observed a male standing, in and out of consciousness, in the driveway. He was arrested for Public Intoxication and outstanding warrants out of East Ridge for theft and drug paraphernalia.
23-015693 – 900 BLK Spring Creek Road – Property Damage / Vehicle Crash – An EPB technician reported power loss at a metal utility pole near the hospital. Police found that a maroon Hyundai Santa Fe left the roadway and struck the pole. Police identified the driver of the vehicle. She was cited for the crash and leaving the scene of the accident. EPB restored power to the utilities on the pole.
23-015696 – 3900 BLK Ringgold Road – DUI – After a traffic stop at this location a man was arrested for DUI and possession of a firearm while under the influence. He was transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
