Day Shift December 5
23-015341- 900 BLK Sunny Dell Circle- Suspicious Person- A man was detained on Hamilton County warrants and transported to jail following a suspicious person call at this address.
23-015342- 1300 BLK Saint Thomas Street- Vandalism- Police spoke with the victim. He alleged a neighbor had damaged his plastic solar light. He stated the man had also destroyed other decorations of neighbors in the area.
Night Shift December 5
23-015379 – 1400 BLK Wright Street – Unconscious Party – A man was found asleep inside his work van with drug paraphernalia and 126 pressed fentanyl pills in plain view. He was arrested for Possession of Schedule II Narcotics and transported to jail without incident.
23-015381 – Interstate 75 NB – Traffic Stop – Following a traffic stop on a vehicle for a light law violation, a woman was taken into custody for possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with evidence. A male subject was found to have active warrants out of Hamilton County, but was transported by EMS for medical reasons.
No Case Number – 1600 BLK S. Seminole Drive – Suspicious Activity – The resident called multiple times throughout the night requesting police presence. She has a history of being a mental health consumer. Police conducted extra patrol throughout the shift to make her feel safer.
No Case Number – 1517 Tombras Avenue – Assist other Agency – While in East Ridge Court, a man was taken into custody on an Aggravated Assault warrant and transported to Hamilton County Jail.
23-015361 – 3600 BLK Helen Lane, Unit A – Disorder Weapon Involve – Caller reporting being threatened. Warrants were applied for.
23-015356 – 6100 BLK Ringgold Road – Civil Matter – A man called the police to complain that a restaurant would not sell him a chicken sandwich. On duty management explained to police they were reserving the right to refuse service after he was rude at the drive through window. Nothing further.
23-015366 – 6700 BLK Ringgold Road – Civil Matter – A party called police to complain her car broke down after pumping gas in East Ridge and wanted to file a complaint. Police told the complainant this was not a criminal matter and advised she could file suit in a civil court if she desired.
23-015367 – 4100 BLK Ringgold Road – Theft – A woman called police stating that someone had stolen her debit card information and had spent approximately $50 on pizza. After further investigation police learned that the theft had occurred in the Chattanooga area. East ridge police advised her to file a police report with Chattanooga Police. East Ridge Police did follow up with the local store, and they did not have a record of someone ordering pizza with her card number or name.
