Day Shift November 30
23-015123 – 900 BLK Spring Creek Rd. – Well Check – A wheelchair bound man was deposited at the gas station by an unknown party. The employee of the store stated he observed the male get wheeled over to the store. The employee did not have a problem with the man until he began asking customers for money and a ride. An employee from the department was notified and advised after the calls clear he would get moved to a bus stop in Chattanooga.
23-015126 – I 75 NB – Fatality Crash – An unknown male driver was killed during a crash at this location. The vehicle ran into the safety drop bumper of a tractor trailer. The identity of the victim is being held secure until the investigation is complete. Traffic Officer 551 left his extra job, arrived on scene, and began an investigation.
23-015121- 1600 BLK Keeble St- Theft- At approximately 1240 hours police were advised to respond to 4214 Ringgold Rd. in reference to a delayed theft that occurred on May 15 on Keeble St. Police spoke with the reporting party who claimed she had a yard sale on her property on 05/15/23 and had her wallet in her left pocket. She stated she wasn’t sure if her wallet was stolen or lost.
23-015132- 1600 BLK Keeble St- Fight/Domestic Assault- At approximately 1532 hours, police responded in reference to a fight in progress. Police arrived on scene and spoke with the reporting party who stated her husband and she were in a domestic dispute over her returning her wedding ring. Police noted blood on the bed, alcohol in the room sloshed around the ground and bed, the bathroom door frame was busted in, red marks and bruising all over the victim’s arms, neck, and back. She was also bleeding from her mouth which looked consistent with being hit in the mouth. Pictures have been attached to the report and police are seeking warrants for the suspect.
Night Shift November 30
23-015137 – 5300 BLK Haisten Court – Miscellaneous – Police were advised by Hamilton County SSO regarding a possible school shooting threat. Police contacted the subject in question. The father gave police permission to search for any weapon in his son’s room. The father advised he would meet SSO on Friday morning about the threat made.
No Number Assigned – Belvoir Drive & Belvoir Circlle – Traffic Stop – Following a traffic stop at this location, a man was taken into custody on multiple warrants out of Hamilton County.
23-015135 – 3300 BLK Ringgold Road – Burglary in Progress – Police responded to this location for a burglary in progress call. Police did not see anything suspicious upon investigation and spoke with employees of the business. Police conducted additional patrol throughout the shift in this area.
23-015136 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Warrant Service – Police executed verified warrants on a party for a driving on revoked or suspended license forfeiture capias warrant. The man was already in custody at The Hamilton County Jail.
23-015142 – 6700 BLK Ringgold Road – Disorder – A man was criminally trespassed after he caused an altercation because his food wasn’t hot enough and assaulted an employee.
23-015143 – 6500 BLK Ringgold Road – Unconscious Party – A man was “sleeping” behind a business in his wife’s car while in possession of fentanyl, methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia. He was arrested without incident on Possession of Sched II, Possession of Methamphetamine, Drug Paraphernalia, and Public Intoxication.
