Day Shift November 10
23-014244- 1600 BLK South Seminole Drive- Noise Complaint/Barking Dog- The caller advised a neighbor’s dog was barking excessively. On scene no dogs were heard.
23-014247- 1500 BLK McBrien Road- Unruly Child- The caller advised her child was refusing to go to school. She was advised to contact the child’s school and possibly the juvenile authorities.
Night Shift November 10
23-014278 – 3600 BLK Craig Road– Domestic Assault – Police responded to a domestic assault involving a man attempting to break-into his adopted mother’s bedroom. While police were questioning him, he became extremely agitated and hostile and resisted arrest. Police took the man to jail for domestic assault and resisting arrest after being cleared for incarceration.
23-014279 – 6500 BLK Ringgold Road – Intoxicated Person – Police responded to this location regarding a male passed out inside a vehicle. Police talked with the party who was heavily intoxicated. Due to being heavily intoxicated and a danger to himself, he was taken into custody for Public Intoxication. He was transported to the Hamilton County Jail without any issues.

23-014311- 3700 BLK Ringgold Road- Delayed Assault- The caller advised his ex-girlfriend struck him last night. Officers spoke with the caller and observed injuries to his face. Warrants will be sought for the domestic assault.
Night Shift November 11
No Number – 4214 Ringgold Rd – Warrant Service – Chattanooga Police requested East Ridge police to verify warrants for a female subject. She was confirmed to have warrants for Vandalism (x2). Chattanooga Police transported her on charges levied by them while East Ridge submitted the proper paperwork over to the Hamilton County Jail. OCN is 22-012354.
No Number Assigned – 3400 BLK Gail Dr – SIA/AOA – While on patrol officers located a homicide suspect vehicle at this location in relation to a shooting in Chattanooga. On-call Chattanooga Police Department Major Crimes was notified and responded to the scene.
23-014322 – 1500 BLK Tombras Avenue – Disorder – Police responded to a disorder at Pioneer Park between several people arguing. The disorder was verbal only. Police told all parties the playground closed at sunset and advised them to vacate the premises for the remainder of the evening.
Night Shift November 12
23-014357 – 4100 BLK Monroe Street – Theft-Delayed – Police responded for a delayed theft where an unidentified male approximately 50-60 years of age left the store with approximately $300 worth of merchandise. The suspect appeared to leave in a maroon-colored KIA sedan. The reporting party stated she will attempt to give police further details if she is able to obtain them later.
23-013460 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Warrant Service – Police were requested by an off-duty Chattanooga police officer working an extra job to verify warrants. The woman was confirmed to have active warrants from East Ridge for Alias Capias (Driving on Suspended). East Ridge police picked her up from this location and transported her to the Hamilton County Jail without further incident.
