Day Shift October 19
23-013212- 600 BLK South Germantown Road- Disorder- The caller advised a male and female were arguing in the area. Officers spoke with the couple. They advised everything was ok.
23-013216- 1210 John Ross Road- Theft- Police spoke with the victim who advised around September 28, 2023, at 0300 hours her brother took a Nintendo Switch with a Red Dead Redemption Game installed. She stated the value of the game system is $370 total. She did not observe him taking the switch but remembered seeing it before she went to bed that night.
Night Shift October 19
23-013246 – 6200 BLK Ringgold Road – Traffic Stop/Evading – Police attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a white Pontiac SUV after observing the vehicle fail to maintain lane. The vehicle fled at a high rate of speed continuing east on Ringgold Road. Officers were able to view the driver after the vehicle made an illegal U-turn at the intersection of Camp Jordan Parkway and Ringgold Road. ERPD officers requested Cleveland PD Officers check the registered address for the vehicle. Cleveland PD were able to locate the vehicle at the registered address but were unable to get anybody to answer the door. Upon further investigation ERPD officers were able to obtain the identity of the suspect. The male subject was arrested previously for narcotics and narcotics related offenses. Information regarding the subject and the vehicle will be forward to Cleveland PD.
23-013234 – 1400 BLK Saint Thomas Avenue – Property Repossession – A party reported his red 2008 Chevy Silverado that he recently purchased was repossessed while he was staying in East Ridge and he’s trying to get back his personal belongings. The responsible tow company told him he needed a police report to get his personal belongings from the truck. Police agreed to provide a report for the civil matter.
23-013236 – 300 BLK Camp Jordan Parkway – Disorder – A concerned parent called police to report a loud spectator was cursing during a youth baseball game on field 12 and shouted threats to a field coach. A witness at the field told police this party was a regular and was often intoxicated at the games. When the police arrived, the subject was gone.
23-013238 – 6500 BLK Ringgold Road – Disorder – Police responded to a disorder involving a guest. The clerk told police multiple guests complained about the man being drunk and obnoxious. The suspect, who was found intoxicated sitting on the back of his car, cooperated with police, and returned to his room for the night without incident.
23-013239 – 1100 BLK Laurelwood Drive – Burglary Attempt – Police responded to this location for a delayed burglary attempt complaint. Police arrived on scene and spoke with the RP regarding the call. Officers did not see damage to any part of the house and informed the reporting party of additional patrol to take place throughout the remainder of the shift.
23-013240 – 1400 BLK St Thomas Street – Mental Disturbed – Police responded to this location for a mentally disturbed complaint on a tenant. A woman was seen yelling random statements and not making much sense. Police ultimately provided a courtesy transport for her to N Hawthorne St in Chattanooga without further incident.
23-013241 – Ringgold Road & S. Germantown Road – Traffic Stop – Following a traffic stop a man was taken into custody on multiple outstanding warrants out of East Ridge and Hamilton County.
23-013245 – 1800 BLK Prigmore Road – Suspicious Vehicle – Police responded to this location regarding a tan truck slowly driving through the area. Police talked with the driver who stated he was putting brake fluid in his truck. He was checked for warrants and sent on his way.
