Day Shift October 5
23-012649 – 900 BLK Spring Creek Rd. – Criminal Trespass – A man was issued a trespass warning from Parkridge East Hospital. He continued to enter the hospital and request service but would not allow staff to complete the proper care to assist him.
Night Shift October 5
23-012669 – 900 BLK Spring Creek Road – Property – Police responded to this location for a delayed property damage complaint. Police spoke with a party whose vehicle had macaroni and cheese thrown onto it. Police viewed video footage at the hospital but could not get a tag read on the vehicle the macaroni came from. The reporting party ultimately decided not to press charges due to no actual damage to the vehicle.
23-012657 – 1800 BLK John Ross Road – Domestic Disorder – Police were dispatched to a rolling disorder involving three males and a female driving a tan GMC pickup truck. RP told police the female jumped from the vehicle in front of their residence barefoot and stated she couldn’t breathe before a male pulled her back to the vehicle against her will. RP told police she looked to be “tripping.” The vehicle and all parties involved were GOA when police arrived.
Day Shift October 6
23-012696 – 1100 BLK Spring Creek Road – Arrest – ERPD observed a man dancing on the sidewalk. He appeared very animated and was observed “baying at the moon.” Upon initial contact, he was very animated and was sweating profusely. His speech was generally unintelligible and exceedingly fast. Because of the proximity to the roadway and his behavior, an officer attempted to handcuff the man. With one handcuff on, he became combative and resisted by pulling from the officer’s grasp and tucking the handcuffed wrist to his chest. A brief struggle ensued but he was handcuffed behind his back. While enroute to the jail the party remained in a heightened, bizarre, and agitated state. Because of his bizarre behavior, he was taken for medical clearance. He remained in an agitated state but told hospital staff he had taken fentanyl. He was charged with public intoxication, resisting arrest and attempted escape.
23-012705 – 4300 BLK Ringgold Road – DUI – A woman was taken into custody for DUI after she caused a three-vehicle crash.
23-012683 – 5300 BLK Ringgold Road – Traffic Stop/Arrest – A man was taken into custody for driving on revoked/DUI following a traffic stop at this location. He was transported and booked into the Hamilton County jail without further incident.
23-012684 – 1000 BLK South Seminole Drive – Theft – Officers responded on report of a theft in progress. A man was taken into custody for theft, possession of burglary tools and possession of drug paraphernalia.
23-012685 – 3100 BLK Ringgold Road – Suspicious Activity – Police responded to a report of a female dancing in roadway and yelling at passersby. Contact was made with the party who was checked for warrants and transported to an address in Chattanooga.
23-012690 – North Camp Jordan – Suspicious Activity – A woman was instructed to vacate city owned property north of Camp Jordan where she was camping.
23-012693 – 6000 BLK Ringgold Road – Suspicious Activity – Officers encountered a woman after receiving complaints she was asking customers for money. She was checked for warrants and transported to the Community Kitchen at her request.
23-012704 – 4200 BLK Ringgold Road – Disorder – Staff members reported approximately twenty juveniles had been in the store causing disorder and stealing. When told to leave the premises the juveniles verbally accosted the staff member. This is an ongoing issue with primarily the same group of teenagers.
23-012708 – 100 Interstate 75 N – Injury Crash – Police responded with Fire and EMS to a multi-vehicle crash with injuries and entrapment. Multiple parties were transported with non-life-threatening injuries. Interstate traffic was impacted dramatically due to the debris field and diesel fuel leakage. An environmental remediation crew was dispatched to assist with cleanup.
Night Shift October 6
23-012723 – 6600 BLK Hilton Dr – Stolen Vehicle – A party reported that one of his workers snuck into his house, stole his keys, and took his car without permission. With the police present, the victim called the suspect who stated he had the vehicle and would bring it back tomorrow. The man immediately hung up the phone when police attempted to speak with him. Warrants will be sought once a positive identification can be made. The stolen vehicle was entered into NCIC.
23-012731 – 5000 BLKS. Terrace – Narcotics Violation – Police observed a suspicious vehicle parked behind the theater. Police approached the vehicle and observed an unconscious female sitting behind the wheel. Officers also observed an open Twisted Tea container in the front cup holder and a straw with residue in the subject’s lap. Officers conducted a probable cause search and discovered burnt aluminum foil with Fentanyl residue, 10 Gabapentin pills, 30 Hydroxyzine pills, and 1.6g of Suboxone. Officers took the female into custody without incident.
23-012732 – 4200 BLK Ringgold Road – Warrant Service – A woman was served with an East Ridge warrant for possession of a controlled substance at the Hamilton County Jail. She had been arrested earlier in the evening by Hamilton County Deputies on separate charges.

23-012757 – 1200 BLK Reeves Avenue – Auto Theft – The caller reported her Dodge Durango was stolen from this residence possibly by the owner’s foster son. Both the vehicle and the juvenile were entered into NCIC.

23-012766 – 7600 BLK Standifer Gap Road – Warrant Service – A man was served with three Forfeiture Capias warrants at the Hamilton County Jail. The original charges were Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Schedule II, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
23-012768 – 7600 BLK Standifer Gap Road – Warrant Service – A party was served with a Forfeiture Capias warrant at the Hamilton County Jail after he was transported by CPD. The original charge for the Capias was Driving on a Revoked License.
23-012774 – 7600 BLK Standifer Gap Road – Warrant Service – A party was served with an Alias Capias warrant at the Hamilton County Jail after he was transported by HCSO. The original charge for the Capias was Driving on a Revoked License.
23-012779 – 1500 BLK John Ross Road – DUI Crash – Police responded to the report of a gray sedan flipped over in the roadway. The reporting party stated a male dressed in black ran south away from the crash. Police located the vehicle and found it was registered to a man who lived nearby. Police went to the residence and found him in the home. He admitted to driving the vehicle and submitted to a standardized field sobriety test. The man was arrested on suspicion of DUI and was also cited for several traffic violations.
Day Shift October 8
23-012806 – 6100 BLK Ringgold Rd – Assault – The manager reported a customer drove through the drive-thru and threw water on her after her and her family were denied access to the restaurant. Warrants are pending upon identification of the subjects.
23-012798- 6500 BLK Ringgold Road- False Imprisonment /Assault – A man was arrested for False Imprisonment and Assault.
23-012785- 1300 BLK St Thomas Street- Warrant Arrest – A party was arrested for a Domestic Assault Warrant. Conditions of Release were served.
Day Shift October 9
23-012836- 6900 BLK Moreview Road- Harassment- On scene police spoke with the reporting party. She advised multiple vehicles enter onto her property and crank their engines at all hours of the night. She suspects her neighbors are out to get her and she is in fear for her life. She requested an extra watch.
23-012838- 3600 BLK Fountain Avenue- Recovered Stolen Vehicle- Police located a stolen 2017 Toyota Camry in the lot of the apartment complex following an LPR hit in the area. The vehicle was unoccupied and running. It was removed from NCIC and towed to police impound for further processing.
Night Shift October 9
No Number Assigned – Spring Creek Road & Miller Drive – Traffic Stop – Following a traffic stop at this location a man was taken into custody on General Sessions warrants.
23-012850 – 3800 BLK Ringgold Road – Suspicious Activity – A bus from ATL to Cincinnati parked at the 3800 block in front of a business letting off it’s 27 passengers. Police spoke to the bus driver who told police the bus stopped temporarily for the engine to “REGEN” for maintenance and would be departing with all passengers bound for Cincinnati after a 60 to 90-minute delay.
23-012854 – 200 BLK Edwina Court – Vandalism – Police were dispatched to this address regarding two males who vandalized the homeowner’s vehicle. The caller stated two males parked their vehicle on Beulah Drive and walked to this residence. After hearing multiple loud sounds he observed his tires to be slashes and his front passenger window to have been busted from multiple strikes. The suspects then left the scene traveling east on Beulah Drive. While on scene police spoke with a woman who stated her ex-boyfriend sent the two males parties; however, the claims could not be proven on scene. She was also found to have an order of protection regarding an aggravated domestic assault case against her ex.
23-012857 – 400 BLK Camp Jordan Parkway – Arrest-Traffic – A party was stopped for speeding and found driving while TN license revoked for DUI. The driver was arrested and transported to Hamilton County Jail.
23-012861 – 3500 BLK Mimbro Lane – Unconscious Party – Police responded to a suspected overdose. Police administered Narcan after observing him taking short, gasping breaths every 10 seconds while lying on the floor. After 30 seconds of the Narcan nasal spray being administered he regained consciousness. The man refused EMS. Police referred the case to CPS.
23-012863 – 3900 BLK Ringgold Road – DUI – Police conducted a traffic stop for driving 60 mph in a 40 mph zone. The operator was driving without a license and intoxicated. After indicating multiple clues during field sobriety tests he was arrested for DUI, 2nd offense in two years for which he received a No Bond and awaits ERCC in the Hamilton County Jail.
23-012867 – Interstate 75 NB – Traffic Stop – Following a traffic stop on a vehicle failing to maintain lane, a party was taken into custody on multiple general session warrants.
