Night Shift September 29
23-012409 – 6700 BLK Ringgold Road – Broken Down Auto – Police saw an elderly couple putting a spare tire on their vehicle outside the gas station and helped. The vehicle was driven from this scene without further issue.
23-012406 – 6400 BLK Ringgold Road – Disorder Weapon Involved – Police responded regarding an unknown male subject calling the business and stating, “I will shoot through the windows.” Employees at the business requested extra patrols due to a recent robbery. Report is on file for the incident.
23-012411 – 2000 BLK McBrien Road – Suspicious Activity – Police were dispatched to this location regarding a male and female inside a white Ford F150. Police contacted the duo. Officers searched the vehicle and located one clear meth pipe with residue, 12 grams of suspected marijuana, and 61 blue M30 pills. Police arrested both and transported them to the Hamilton County Jail.
23-012418 – 300 BLK Dunlap Avenue – Disorder – Police responded after a group of people became involved in a disorder. The parties were separated and those who did not reside at the complex were advised to leave.
Day Shift September 30
23-012431- 1000 BLK Bass Pro Drive- Shoplifting- The caller advised a female took a pair of shoes without paying. She was last observed leaving the property in a silver Nissan. Report on file.
Night Shift September 30
23-012440 – 500 BLK Camp Jordan Parkway – Suspicious Activity – Police were dispatched on reports of four people using drugs in a black Chrysler 300 parked facing customers eating on the outdoor patio of the restaurant. Two parties were arrested for possession of schedule II narcotics.
23-012445 – 3700 BLK Connelly Lane – Citizen Assist – Police responded to this location to assist a woman who had locked herself out of her house. East Ridge FD arrived and successfully made entry into the house, her to go back indoors.
23-012446 – 5700 BLK Ringgold Rd – Theft – Police responded regarding a theft. Two females entered the store and stole approximately $75 worth of merchandise and left the scene in a silver Nissan Altima.
23-012447 – 1300 BLK Ridgefield Cir – Back Up EMS – Police responded to this location regarding a male subject who was found by family in the backyard of the residence unconscious. Officers performed CPR until Fire and EMS arrived at the scene. The male subject was transported to the hospital.
23-012455 – 5300 BLK Ringgold Road – Theft – Police responded to a theft of a black backpack belonging to homeless female. Surveillance footage was reviewed, and police recognized the thief as currently in custody for narcotics charges during a traffic stop. He was arrested for both narcotics charges and theft of property under $1,000.
23-012456 – 3700 BLK Ringgold Rd – Traffic Stop/Arrest – Police conducted a traffic stop. Upon initiating the stop, a male party attempted to flee from police. The man was apprehended. Two additional parties were arrested for tampering with evidence and possession of fentanyl.
23-012462 – 1400 BLK St. Thomas Street – Assist other Agency-Warrant Service – Following a tip from a citizen, a man was taken into custody on outstanding warrants. CID was notified of the incident and officers conducted an interview with him regarding a previous theft and stolen vehicle.
Night Shift October1
23-012482 – 300 BLK Camp Jordan Parkway – Theft – Officers took report of a delayed theft of white Air Pod Pros stolen from a wagon at a soccer game at Camp Jordan Arena today at approx. 0900 hours. The Air Pods reported a location at Chattanooga address on 4th Avenue. The RP told police she confronted the resident and they denied it, but said they appeared deceptive and told police she thought they were lying. ERPD requested CPD unit check address for the stolen property.
23-012483 – 5700 BLK Ringgold Rd – Theft – Police responded regarding a theft. Two females entered the store and stole approximately $50 worth of merchandise before leaving the scene in a White Toyota Corolla. Police are working on identifying both subjects.
23-012484 – 3400 BLK Missionaire Avenue – Crash-Property Damage-Warrant Service – Following a traffic crash at this location, a man was taken into custody on an outstanding parole violation warrant from Georgia.
23-012496 – 1200 BLK S Seminole Dr – Disorder/Arrest – Police responded to this location for a disorder. Police arrested a man for warrants out of East Ridge for Petition to Revoke and Violation of No Contact Order.
