Day Shift September 28
23-012351 – 100 BLK Fawn Drive – Arrest – Officers responded to the area of Camp Jordan Parkway after an license plate reader (LPR} hit for a stolen license plate. Police located the offender vehicle and suspect on Fawn Drive. The suspect was taken into custody and charged with possession of the stolen license plate, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and numerous traffic offenses.
23-012329 -700 BLK Frawley Road – Domestic Assault – Police responded to the above address in reference to a domestic assault in progress. Officers heard shouting and items being thrown around when they arrived. A party had assaulted the mother of his child. She had visible injuries about her head and face. The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment. The man was taken into custody and transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
23-012339 – 1000 BLK Bass Pro Drive – Theft – Loss prevention contacted police about several thefts. Officers identified the suspect stealing sunglasses totaling approximately $2,143. Warrants are being sought for her arrest.
23-012347 -10 BLK Sheridan Road – Vandalism – The homeowner stated she received notice from the city her property was to be condemned as the windows were broken out. It was determined five or six juveniles had thrown rocks through the windows and it is currently under investigation.
23-012345- 6500 BLK Ringgold Road- Disorder- Officers responded to a disorder call. Police spoke with a man who stated he had given a female party a ride from Catoosa County and let her use his phone. During the time the suspect was using the phone, he claimed she transferred $3,000 from his Cash App account. Officers were unable to determine if a theft occurred due to the party’s conflicting accounts of the event.
Night Shift September 28
23-012357 – 1300 BLK East End Avenue – Trespassing – Police responded due to a suspicious person using outlets at the business. Police contacted the man as he was charging his electric bike. At the owner’s request he was barred from the property.
23-012358 – Bennett Road @ Connelly Lane – Traffic Stop – Police observed a Black Mitsubishi Mirage traveling at a high rate of speed pass by them on Bennett Road. Police observed there to be two males inside the vehicle which turned onto Connelly Lane. It did not stop at the stop sign at Connelly @ John Ross Road. The vehicle disregarded several cars going around them in oncoming traffic, but police discontinued attempts to stop the car. The vehicle had distinguishable marks on the rear bumper and front passenger side. It was later found to be registered to a resident of Fountain Ave.
23-012363 – 900 BLK Spring Creek Road – Assault – Police responded in reference to a man assaulting the staff. He was charged with assault and trespassed from the hospital.
23-012360 – 3900 BLK Ringgold Road – Unconscious Person – Police, Fire, and EMS responded to an unconscious male sitting in a yellow Corvette in the parking lot. The individual was provided with immediate treatment then transported to the hospital. Police and EMS believe the male driver experienced a medical issue. The vehicle was left in the parking lot overnight.
