Day Shift September 21
23-012033- 3600 BLK Helen Lane- Found Property- The caller advised a purse was found in the roadway at this address. On arrival police collected three bags along with miscellaneous items scattered on the ground. With the items police located documents associated with multiple people. Police attempted to locate phone numbers for the parties, calling the numbers without success. Police turned all found property into property and evidence for safekeeping.
23-012022- 1600 BLK Mack Smith Road- Auto Theft Recovery- The stolen Dodge Ram was located on Steel Road in Catoosa County. It was unoccupied and wrecked. The vehicle was removed from NCIC.
23-012027- 4100 BLK Ringgold Road- Shoplifting- An employee reported an unknown female attempted to take packs of steak valued at $70 without paying. She confronted the suspect who returned the meat prior to leaving the store. The suspect was last seen on foot heading towards an adjacent business where she may have entered a parked car and left. She was not located.
23-012028- 4000 BLK Brookfield Drive- Vehicle Burglary- Officers spoke with the reporting party who advised she had come outside to her car door open and found items missing. She stated she had last come to the vehicle around 2330 hours on 9/20/23 and observed keys and ta book, with her registration and insurance, missing from the vehicle.
23-012030- 1300 BLK East End Avenue- Suspicious Person- The caller requested to speak to police regarding homeless people hanging out on his property during the night. He requested an extra watch.
23-012035- 730 Germantown Circle-Warrant Service- A man was arrested on three East Ridge warrants. He was transported to jail.
23-012038- 3900 BLK Ringgold Road- Suspicious Person- The caller advised a male on the lot bothering customers. Officers spoke with the male. He decided to move along.
23-012050- 1517 Tombras Avenue- Warrant Service- A party was arrested on an East Ridge warrant.
Night Shift September 21
23-012057 – 18000 Interstate 24 WB – Crash-Property Damage – Police responded to this location for a motor vehicle crash where two vehicles attempted to avoid a broken-down vehicle being assisted by TDOT. A KIA Rio and Ford Escape were the vehicles involved. Police informed one party she has a non-extraditable warrant from Georgia for her while at the scene.
23-012068 – 7609 Standifer Gap Road – Arrest-Warrant – A party was arrested on a Forfeiture Capias warrant for Shoplifting which was issued on August 3, 2023.
23-012070 – 5300 BLK Ringgold Road – Traffic Stop – Police conducted a traffic stop on a white Chevy Camaro. A woman in the vehicle was in possession of drug paraphernalia and a “M30” Fentanyl pill. Police will be issuing warrants due to medical issues at the scene..
