Day Shift July 25
23-009317- 3700 BLK Ringgold Rd.- Unconscious Party- Police were dispatched to this location on an unconscious party. The party regained consciousness prior to police arrival. He stated he had been dropped off at this location by a CPD officer after being picked up in Highland Park. He was transported by EMS.
23-009321- 6200 BLK Camp Jordan Pkwy- Vandalism- The complainant reported an unknown suspect “slashed” his right front tire. The hotel was unable to provide CCTV footage due to technical difficulties.
23-009320 – 1000 BLK Wynnwood Rd – Property Damage – The resident at this home reported his above ground pool had possibly been damaged by a bullet that had fallen to the earth after being fired from an unknown location sometime around July 4th.
23-009322 – 1000 BLK Bass Pro Dr – Shoplifter/Possession of Schedule II/Arrest – A man was arrested for shoplifting and possession of Schedule II after selecting and concealing a knife from the display. He was transported to the Hamilton County Jail without incident.
23-009328 – 7600 BLK Standifer Gap Rd – Warrant Service – A party was served with a Petition to Revoke for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at the Jail after being contacted by CPD Narcotics on 4th Avenue.
23-009316 – 100 Magareta Ln.- Assist Other Agency – Police were advised that Catoosa County needed assistance at Margareta Lane. Catoosa County Sheriff’s Deputies had followed fluid from the site of a crash in their jurisdiction to this address where they located a heavily damaged vehicle and the suspect. He had allegedly crashed in Georgia and left the scene. He was detained by ERPD and transported to Silverdale to await extradition to Georgia on charges related to the crash.
Night Shift July 25
23-009348 – 6800 BLK Ringgold Road – Broken Down Auto / Arrest – Police observed a vehicle carrying a small camper that had jack-knifed in the middle of the road affecting traffic. While helping the individuals, the passenger appeared impaired on illegal narcotics. Her bag was searched and inside was Fentanyl and Meth. The driver was found to be in possession of a SCCY 9mm Pistol. He was charged with Felon in Possession.
23-009355 – 6200 BLK Ringgold Road – Arrest for DUI – Following a traffic stop for a non-functioning taillight, a man was taken into custody and charged with Driving Under the Influence. He was also cited for an expired vehicle registration.
