Day Shift July 6
23-008412- 10 BLK Frawley Rd.- Delayed Assault- The caller reported to police that he was assaulted in his home on Friday the 30th. Warrants will be sought for all three parties involved in the assault.
23-008417 – 500 BLK S Lovell Ave – Assist EMS – Officers responded on report of an unconscious female party. Police arrived and located a woman suffering from a diabetic emergency. EMS arrived shortly after officers and began treatment.
Night Shift July 6
23-008432 – 1900 Mcbrien Road – Arrest – Police responded to this location regarding an active disorder. Police determined that the disorder was domestic in nature. A man was subsequently taken into custody for Domestic Assault after being determined the primary aggressor.
23-008442 – 4100 BLK Monroe Street – Traffic Stop / Drug Arrest – Police stopped a Black Acura in the parking lot. The driver consented to a search of the vehicle. That search revealed 3.5 grams of Methamphetamine in a magnetized can, along with paraphernalia. $4,120 was seized from the passenger. He was also charged with the drugs.
23-008436 – 6600 BLK Ringgold Road – Drugs for Resale – Police followed up on a complaint of possible drug sales at one of the hotel rooms. During the investigation police arrested a man for possession of fentanyl for resale and possession of mushrooms for resale. Police also arrested another party for possession of methamphetamine for resale.
23-008446 – 1300 BLK West End Avenue – Warrant Service – A woman was served on an assault warrant out of East Ridge at this location.
Day Shift July 7
23-008454-5512 Ringgold Road-Pursuit- ERPD initiated a vehicle pursuit with a man after he intentionally struck a CPD vehicle and almost ran over three police officers. During the vehicle pursuit another officer was involved in vehicle crash. Police apprehended the suspect and charged him with multiple crimes including the several warrants he had out of Hamilton and Walker County. The passenger was also arrested on several warrants and additional charges.
Night Shift July 7
23-008488 – 1400 BLK St Thomas St – Park and Walk – While on foot patrol officers made contact two male subjects in a Dodge Challenger. Upon initial contact one subject appeared to be smoking an unknown substance from a burnt piece of tin foil. Following the interaction, a man was issued a misdemeanor citation in lieu of arrest for possession of drug paraphernalia. Shortly after police contacted another male at the front of the motel. He was found to have an active warrant out of Fort Oglethorpe and taken into custody.
23-008497 – 941 Spring Creek Rd – Assault – Police arrested a man after he assaulted a emergency room doctor.
23-008498 – S. Seminole Drive @ Main Street – Shots Fired – Police were dispatched to this location regarding six shots. Police search the area but did not locate anything.
Day Shift July 8
23-008508- 4200 BLK of Newport Drive- Unconscious Person/AOA- The caller advised an elderly male was passed out on the roadway. On scene it was found the male had fallen off his bicycle. The man was transported to the hospital.
23-008514- 3600 BLK of Ringgold Road- Disorder with a Weapon- The caller advised a male in a gray Dodge vehicle pulled a gun on him while he was riding his bicycle. The vehicle was last observed pulling into the parking lot. Police checked the lot but the vehicle was not located.
23-008515- 300 BLK Camp Jordan Parkway- Animal Call- The caller advised there was a wake of vultures hanging around the pavilion possibly looking for something to eat. The birds flew away.
Night Shift July 8
23-008541 – 7609 Standifer Gap Road – Arrest-Warrant – A man was arrested on an Alias Capias warrant for Driving on Suspended License.
23-008550 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Arrest-Warrant – Police verified warrants for a man for the charge of Alias Capias (Theft/Shoplifting) and forwarded the paperwork to the Hamilton County Jail.
23-0085552 – 5300 BLK Ringgold Road – Shoplifting – Police were called here due to a woman shoplifting. She was made to pay for the stolen items and trespassed from the store. She was then arrested for public intoxication.
23-008559 – 6700 BLK Ringgold Road – Arrest-Drugs – After checking on an unconscious person in a vehicle, a man was arrested for Public Intoxication, Possession of Meth and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm.
Night Shift July 9
23-008587 – 5500 BLK Miller Drive –Arrest-Assist Other Agency – Police conducted a traffic stop on a Red Ford F150 after observing the vehicle’s suspended registration in the 900 block of Spring Creek Road. A man was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant out of Catoosa County without incident.
23-008602 – 5500 BLK Ringgold Road – Park and Walk – While on patrol in the 5500 block of Ringgold Road, officers observed a White Chevrolet Pickup truck matching the description of a previous BOLO parked at the coin laundry. Officers contacted two parties inside the business. The man was taken into custody on outstanding warrants out of East Ridge during the encounter. Chattanooga Police Auto Crime investigators were notified and responded to the scene.
Day Shift July 10
23-008620 – 1200 BLK S. Seminole Dr – Domestic Assault – A man was arrested again for assaulting his pseudo girlfriend following a heated verbal argument at this location.
Night Shift July 10
23-008638 – 5800 BLK Ringgold Road – Traffic Crash / Arrest – Following a traffic crash at this location, a man was taken into custody for his outstanding warrant out of Hamilton County.
23-008644 – 5300 BLK Matthews Drive – Warrant/ Drugs/ Weapons Arrest – Police received a call stating a man was at this address and had an outstanding Aggravated Robbery warrant out of Hamilton County. Police contacted him outside the residence inside a vehicle. He was found to be in possession of 16 grams of Marijuana and a Glock 23 with a modified automatic switch attached to the rear of the slide. He was transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
No Number Assigned – 1100 BLKE 32ND Street – AOA / Missing Person – East Ridge Police units responded to the 32nd Street area in Chattanooga and assisted CPD efforts to locate a missing 81-year-old man. The missing person was eventually found alive in an open field next to a wooded area.
23-008636- 3900 BLK Ringgold Road -Bicyclist Struck – Police responded to a pedestrian struck by a vehicle. The victim was riding a motorized bicycle on the sidewalk when a vehicle driven by an unlicensed driver turned into a parking lot and struck the rider. The male rider was transported by EMS.
