Day Shift July 5
23-008357 – Camp Jordan Arena – Theft from Vehicle – The reporting party had approximately 12 antique single action firearms stolen from his vehicle during the gun show over the weekend.
23-008373 – 6400 BLK Ringgold Rd – Crash / Warrant Service – While investigating a motor vehicle crash in the parking lot, it was discovered that one of the driver’s had two warrants from Sessions Court. The woman was taken into custody and transported to the county jail.
Night Shift July 5
23-008394 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Warrant Service – During a traffic stop made by the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Department, a male was found to have an active warrant out of East Ridge. He was taken into custody and transported to Silverdale.
23-008397 – John Ross Road / Bennet Road – Traffic Stop / Arrest – During a traffic stop at this location, a male was taken into custody for driving on a license that is currently revoked due to DUI.
23-008401 – 4300 BLK Bennett Road – Burglary In Progress – Police cleared an attached building at this location after the homeowner told dispatch someone had been knocking on her door and had run into the building when she turned on her lights. Nothing was located. Police report on file.
23-008403 – 1000 BLK Greens Lake– Traffic Stop / Arrest – Following a traffic stop at this location for an improperly displayed plate, two parties were taken into custody following a probable cause search of their vehicle. One female is being charges with Possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of a Schedule II drug violation. One male is being charges with Possession of drug paraphernalia, Introduction of contraband into a penal institution, and a Schedule IV drug violation.
23-008383 – 3300 BLK Frawley Street – Property Damage – Police responded to a citizen who discovered their parked car with a hole in the rear window. Police located a bullet fragment inside the trunk of the vehicle. The bullet placed into property and evidence. Police provided incident report for complainant.
23-008404 – 700 BLK Marley Way – Public Intoxication – Police responded to an assault and upon arrival observed a silver Hyundai occupied by two parties parked in the driveway. The female occupant was extremely intoxicated and was arrested for public intoxication.
23-008405 – 3100 BLK Bimini Place– Assist Other Agency – East Ridge Police contacted a female resident to inform her that her son had been taken into custody by the Catoosa County Sheriff’s Office. The female was provided the point of contact information for the situation.
23-008396 – Ringgold Road @ S. Seminole Road – Traffic Stop – While police were on a traffic stop, A white jeep, driven by a female party, approached the officer from the rear. After several verbal commands for the party to leave the stop, she refused. Additional officers were called to the scene. The traffic stop resulted in citations, and the offender was released with a warning for disobeying lawful commands.
23-008406- 700 BLK Marley Way – Assault in Progress – Police were dispatched to a domestic assault. The victim had marks on her neck and stated she was choked. The offender was arrested for Aggravated Domestic Assault.
