Day Shift June 21
23-007643 – 4214 Ringgold Rd – Warrant Service – A woman was arrested for an active East Ridge warrant and was transported to Hamilton County Jail.
23-007650 – 600 BLK Marlboro Ave – Arrest- A man was arrested for violation of a protection order following a call for services at this location. He was transported to Hamilton County.
23-007652 – 1000 BLK John Ross Rd – Deceptive Practice – The realtor for this property advised someone had created a fake online ad, advertising her client’s house as a rental property, and charging unsuspecting would-be renters. Police referred the caller to the appropriate website to report internet crimes.
Night Shift June 21
23-007665 – 1100 BLK Altamaha Street – Assault – Police responded to an assault in progress. Statements from the homeowner and neighbors both agreed that the homeowner was assaulted by a man walking down the street. He was charged with assault and trespassed from the residence.
23-007666 – 4800 BLK Madonna Avenue – Suspicious Person- Residents reporting seeing an intoxicated female walking through the neighborhood wearing a maroon sweatshirt and black shorts. Police checked the area and the adjoining roadways but did not locate the suspicious person.
23-007680 – 4300 BLK Ringgold Road – DUI – Police were dispatched to an unconscious person in a vehicle, in the parking lot. The suspect was arrested for DUI and Possession of Schedule II Narcotics, Possession Legend Drugs, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
23-007669 – 3700 BLK Ringgold Road – Theft / Arrest – Following a traffic stop at this location two parties were taken into custody after dispatch confirmed they both had verified warrants out of Walker County, GA. However, after a significant amount of time, Walker County did not send the paperwork to the jail so both parties were released from custody. Police also located a checkbook in the vehicle during a tow inventory and determined it did not belong to anyone inside of the car. Police will seek warrants for the Theft of property.
23-007681 – 3300 BLK Ringgold Road – Warrant Service – Police placed a female in custody at this location after determining she had a verified warrant through Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office for Vandalism. She was transported to Silverdale where she was booked accordingly.
