Night Shift June 16
23-007434 – 1600 BLK Springvale Road – Suspicious Vehicle / Drug Arrest – Police made a consensual encounter with two vehicles parked in the corner of Springvale Park. When the occupants rolled down the window to one of the vehicles police noticed a strong odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. A search of the vehicle was granted, and police found a total of 11.1 grams of marijuana as well as two marijuana grinders and marijuana roaches. A male was placed into custody for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. The male also had outstanding warrants from sessions court for domestic assault.
23-007449 – 730 Germantown Circle– Overdose – Police, Fire and EMS responded to the report of a male exhibiting signs of a drug overdose. On scene, Police located the male in the back bedroom. Based on his symptoms, Police administered one 4 mg Naloxone dosage through the subject’s nasal passage. Upon arrival, Fire and EMS personnel continued treatment and transported the patient to the hospital.
23-007433 – 1100 BLK McBrien Road Unit– Suspicious Activity – A reporting party stated there was a small rocket pointed at an open container of lighter fluid behind an empty rental property. The reporting party further stated the rocket was hooked up to wires and she thought someone wanted to burn down the house. Police located several random items in the backyard to include a bottle rocket; however, the items were not placed together to form an improvised explosive device or arson device.
23-007439 – 1300 BLK West End Avenue – Intoxicated Person – Police were dispatched to possible intoxicated person. A female with no shirt on was disoriented and appeared to be under the influence of narcotics. Police transported the female to the hospital without incident.
23-007441 – 3700 BLK Connelly Lane – Aggravated Criminal Trespass / Vandalism – Police responded here after the homeowner arrived home and noticed her door had been pried open and the door fame to have been busted. She stated the place appeared to not be touched or anything missing. There are no suspects currently.
Night Shift June 17
23-007506 – 5300 BLK Ringgold Road – Suspicious Activity – Police responded to due to a suspicious female placing hundreds of dollars of merchandise in piles on the floor. Police called EMS to the scene for evaluation, and she was cleared. She was transported to her house.
23-007500 – 6700 BLK Ringgold Road – Traffic Stop / Arrest – Police conducted a traffic stop on a red Toyota Camry for no license plate and light law violation. The driver of the vehicle admitted to the Police her license was suspended. A search of the vehicle was granted, and police found drug paraphernalia in the vehicle. A fentanyl pill was found on the female’s person. The female was placed into custody and charged with possession of schedule II.
23-007497 – Mack Smith Road / Ringgold Road – Shots Fired / Fireworks – Police responded to two separate complaints of shots fired near Mack Smith Road. In each instance, Police were not able to locate the source of the noise. In addition, it was unclear if the reporting party heard gunfire or fireworks.
23-007489 – 1400 BLK Saint Thomas Street – Narcotics Arrest – A man was arrested for possession of cocaine after a citizen reported that he was acting suspicious in the area.
Day Shift June 18
23-007519 – 3500 BLK Ringgold Rd – Check Well-being – Police responded to this location after a caller advised a woman with a small child had been camping in front of the business for the past several days. An officer transported the parties to the Chattanooga Rescue Mission.
23-007522 – 1300 BLK Spring Creek Rd – Residential Fire – Police responded to this location in reference to a residential fire. Officers made entry and cleared the residence. The scene was turned over to fire personnel upon their arrival.
Night Shift June 18
23-007530 – 1200 BLK Greenslake Road – Suspicious Vehicle / Bolo’d Vehicle – Police observed a blue Honda CRV parked at an odd angle in front of the business. The Honda CRV matched a BOLO out of Catoosa County for a reckless vehicle. A man was then observed walking toward the vehicle with a six pack of beer. Police approached the individual and found that he showed signs of intoxication. Police also observed the smell of alcoholic beverage on the individual’s breath. The male was arrested for Public Intoxication and transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
23-007540 – 3700 BLK Ringgold Road – Suspicious Person – Police observed a white male sleeping on the sidewalk. A consensual search of the individual revealed no contraband, and the male had no active warrants. A Field Interview Report was completed.
23-007541 – Fountain Avenue @ South Germantown Road- Narcotics Arrest- A man was found to be in possession of crack cocaine during a traffic stop at this location. He was arrested and charged accordingly.
23-007537 – 3400 BLK Gail Drive – DUI – Following a traffic stop at this location, the male driver was taken into custody for DUI and Driving without a license.
Day Shift June 19
23-007555- 3600 Block Bennett Road- Traffic Stop/Drug Arrest- A man was arrested for Possession of Fentanyl for Resale, Tampering with Evidence, Driving on Suspended License, and an East Ridge Alias Capias Warrant following a traffic stop. A family member showed up to the scene after he was previously seen driving to the area of the stop and driving away. Police already had prior knowledge of the man’s revoked license. After he returned, he refused to identify himself and ran from police. He was apprehended a short time later and charged with Evading Arrest and Driving on Revoked License 2nd Offense.
Night Shift June 19
23-007579 – 5700 BLK Ringgold Road – Wellbeing Check/ Arrest – Police were called here due to employees seeing a female using drugs in the parking lot. A woman was ultimately arrested for public intoxication and drug paraphilia.
23-007583 – 6100 BLK Nottingham Drive – Shots Fired – Police responded to this location regarding shots being fired. It was determined to be fireworks being set off.
23-007590 – 3100 BLK Mason Drive – Domestic Disorder – Police responded to this location regarding a male and female fighting outside. Police noticed both subjects had marks. Both subjects were taken into custody for Domestic Assault and transported to Hamilton County Jail.
