Day Shift June 8
23-006245- 1300 BLK Altamaha Street- Recovered Stolen Firearm – A firearm stolen from Altamaha Street was recovered in a stolen vehicle (entered by CPD) and the firearm, by the Bartow County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO). BCSO has three in custody pertaining to this incident.
Night Shift June 8
23-007072 – Ringgold Rd & Mack Smith Rd – Traffic Stop – Police stopped a Chevy Malibu that had illegal window tint and failed to drive in the right-hand lane. The driver was found in possession of multiple firearms and between $5,000 and $10,000 in US currency. A search of his vehicle revealed no contraband. An FI card (23-000065) with further information was completed.
23-007071 — 700 BLK S Germantown Rd — Suspicious Activity – Police got out with a man, whom they had seen earlier in the shift in the gas station lot. He was observed walking in the middle of the road when police contacted him. Police provided courtesy transport for him and took him to Browns Ferry Rd in Chattanooga without further incident.
23-007075 – 5700 BLK Ringgold Road – Suspicious Activity – Police observed a white male sleeping under a cardboard shelter in front of the business. Police identified the male who stated he was allowed to sleep on the sidewalk in exchange for cleaning up the parking lot each day. Police had no way of verifying the claim, but this is not an uncommon occurrence. He was found to have no active warrants.
23-007064– 900 BLK Spring Creek Road – SIA/Arrest – Police contacted two females after observing a vehicle parked at the pump with the license plate to a different vehicle displayed. Following the encounter both were taken into custody on multiple outstanding warrants out of Hamilton County. One was also subsequently charged with criminal impersonation.
23-007070 – Garner St & Mack Smith – Traffic Stop/Arrest – Following a traffic stop at this location a man was taken into custody on an active warrant out of Catoosa County.
1400 BLK Milbro Cir-Arrest- Officers responded to reports of a disorder and someone possibly discharging a firearm. Police did not locate any evidence a firearm had been discharged. A resident of the address was found to have multiple warrants through Hamilton County. He was transported to Silverdale
Day Shift June 9
23-007083 300 BLK Camp Jordan Parkway- Disorder- The caller advised her daughter was involved in a disorder with her boyfriend at this location. On scene the daughter and her boyfriend had already left the area.
No number assigned- 300 BLK Camp Jordan Parkway- Suspicious Person- While officers were on the previous call, they were advised of a male mental health consumer on the walking track chasing people. On scene police checked the area but the male had already left the area.
Night Shift June 9
23-007095 – 200 BLK Eads Street – Harassment/Arrest-Warrant – Police were making a complaint about harassment from staff. While on scene police learned two of the employees had warrants. One had multiple warrants from East Ridge and the other had a Collegedale warrant.
23-007100 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Arrest-Warrant – Police severed a warrant for Probationary Capias-Theft of Property. The subject was transported to Hamilton County Jail.
23-007109 – 1600 BLK Prater Road – Shots Fired – Police were called for gunshots being heard in the area. Upon arrival police located two 9mm shells casings. CID was notified and evidence recovered.
23-007113 – 3600 BLK N. Terrace Road – Arrest-Warrant – A woman was arrested on a Forfeiture Capias warrant on the charge of Driving on Revoked. She was transported to Hamilton County Jail.

23-007122- 7609 Standifer Gap Road- Warrant Service- A man was served an east Ridge warrant at Silverdale.
Night Shift June 10
23-007139 – 5600 BLK Ringgold Road – Domestic Disorder – Police responded to this location regarding a domestic. Police spoke to the complainant who advised police that her boyfriend had assaulted her. Two witnesses also advised the police that he had assaulted the victim. Police searched the area and contacted the suspect who was taken into custody for Domestic Assault.
23-007146 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Warrant Service – Police severed a warrant on a man for Forfeiture Capias- Driving on revoked, suspended, or canceled license. He was transported to the Hamilton County jail.
23-007149 – 4100 BLK Ringgold Road – Arrest-Drugs – Police conducted a consensual encounter with a person who was sitting on the sidewalk at this address. While speaking with her, police observed she had severely slurred speech and when she stood, she was unsteady on her feet. She admitted to the police that she had used Fentanyl earlier in the day. She consented to a search of her belongings and 1.1 grams of methamphetamine was located along with a variety of drug paraphernalia. She was taken into custody for possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia, and public intoxication.
22-007150 – 1300 BLK Ridgefield Circle – Theft from vehicle – Police took a report of an unknown suspect entering the victims, unlocked vehicle and stealing items from the vehicle.
23-007152 – 500 BLK Camp Jordan Parkway – Intoxicated person – Police were called here by the manager due to a male so intoxicated he was asleep at the bar. He was arrested.
Day Shift June 11
23-007168- 5400 BLK Sunny Dell Lane- Vehicle Burglary- Officers spoke with the reporting party who advised sometime between 6-10 1530 hours and 0930 hours this morning an unknown suspect entered his vehicle. Nothing was reported missing. His residence was added to the watch list at his request.
23-007171- 4100 BLK Dupont Street- Vehicle Burglary- Police spoke with the victim who advised sometime between 6/10/2023 1930 hours and 0930 hours this morning an unknown suspect entered his vehicle. He advised the driver’s side door to be pried open and the middle console was open. He stated that the only thing missing from his vehicle was a Walmart receipt that was in his middle console.
Night Shift June 11
23-005290 – 7609 Standifer Gap Road – Arrest-Warrant – A man was arrested on a Violation of Order of Protection warrant. He was transported to Hamilton County Jail by another agency.
23-006324 – 7609 Standifer Gap Road – Arrest-Warrant – A man was arrested on original warrants for Theft of Property (Motor Vehicle Theft), Felony Evading, Driving W/O License, Reckless Driving, Reckless Endangerment, and Speeding.
23-007180 – 2000 BLK Schmidt Road – Theft – Police were dispatched to this location regarding a theft that had occurred earlier today. Police spoke to the victim who advised an unknown suspect had stolen her weed eater while she was inside her home. Police do not have any suspects currently.
23-007190 – 300 BLK Camp Jordan Parkway – Arrest-Traffic-Other – A man. was arrested for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, Resisting Stop Frisk Halt and Speeding.
23-007206 – 700 BLK N. Germantown Road – Arrest-Warrant – A man was arrested on a Petition to Revoke warrant for Possession of Controlled Substance and a woman was arrested on two Alias Capias warrants for Driving on Revoked, Suspended, or Cancelled License.
Day Shift June 12
23-007232 – 4100 BLK Ringgold Road – Theft from a Vehicle – Police took a report by phone in reference to a wallet being stolen from a vehicle overnight.
23-007222 – 5300 BLK Ringgold Rd – Motor Vehicle Crash/Hit and Run – The caller reported she and another driver reversed their vehicles into each other in the parking lot. She advised that the other vehicle had fled the scene following the collision.
Night Shift June 12
23-006822 – 6100 BLK Ringgold Road – Follow-up – During a traffic stop, a man was found to be driving a vehicle involved in a hit and run crash on June 3, 2023. In addition, he matched the description of the male seen driving the vehicle at the time of the crash. He was also associated with the vehicle through a separate incident in Chattanooga. Warrants are pending for the charges of Driving on a Revoked License for DUI and Leaving the Scene of a Crash.
23-007247 – 5300 BLK Ringgold Road – Arrest – Following a traffic stop at this location, a man was taken into custody for DUI 2nd, open container, reckless driving, and simple possession. He was also issued two citations.
23-007252 – 6700 BLK Ringgold Road – Public Intoxication/ Resisting – Police observed people drinking outside the hotel. While asking one to return to his room he refused. After not providing his identification, police attempted to place him in custody where he actively resisted arrest.
