May 10- Day Shift

23-005656- 1400 BLK Mack Smith Rd– Disorder/ Criminal Trespass – Police responded in reference to a disorder with one of their clients. On arrival, police spoke with employees for the business.. At the request of management the suspect was trespassed from the property.

23-005676 – 6300 BLK Ringgold Rd – Property Damage – Police responded to the report of property damage. The caller reported the plastic cover for her spare wheel was damaged while being washed here.

23-005678 941 Spring Creek Road  – Warrants – A man was stopped at Parkridge Hospital and found to have extraditable fugitive warrants in Alabama. While enroute to the jail, he attempted escape by kicking out a patrol vehicle’s window. Warrants will be sought for his additional charges.

May 10- Night Shift

23-005691 – 5500 BLK Marion Avenue – Evading – Police attempted to stop a black Chevrolet SUV. Police observed the vehicle fail to stop at a stop sign and drive recklessly. The vehicle fled police toward Chattanooga. A BOLO was given to dispatch to advised CPD. The vehicle was an Enterprise rental car.

23-005694 – 1600 BLK Barry Road – Suspicious Vehicle – Caller called in on a suspicious vehicle with a female and male subject who had been heard arguing. This same incident has been going on most of the day and extra patrol has been requested around this area.

23-005712 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Warrant Service – A man was served with an Alias Capias (Public Intoxication) warrant at Silverdale.

23-005698 – 3100 BLK Bimini Place – Vandalism – Police responded to the address due to an outside window being broken. The owner stated she was gone for three days and the window was broken in that timeframe. The neighborhood children frequently kick balls against the wall and she believes they could have done it.

23-005681 – 6700 BLK Ringgold Road – Domestic Assault – A man was arrested at this location following a domestic disorder. He was transported to Silverdale where he was booked accordingly.

23-005699 – 5300 BLK Greenbriar Road – Warrant Service – A woman was taken into custody during a casual encounter after officers determined she had two warrants out of East Ridge. She was transported to Silverdale and booked accordingly.

23-005687 – 800 BLK Poindexter Avenue – DUI Arrest – After responding to a single vehicle crash with unknown injuries, the driver was taken into custody for DUI.
