April 28 – Day Shift
23-005147- 3725 Fountain Avenue- Auto Theft- Police spoke with the victim who advised sometime between 2200 hours on 4/27/23 and 0700 hours on 4/28/23 an unknown suspect(s) stole her white 2017 Hyundai Sonata which was parked outside her residence. She told police there is a large dent on the driver side and that both door handles on the driver side are missing. She further stated the vehicle is missing the rear fender. There is no suspect information at this time. The vehicle was entered in NCIC.
April 28 – Night Shift
23-004198 – Amnicola Highway @ S. Access Road – Arrest-Warrant – A man was located by Chattanooga Police Department while investigating a crash at said location. He had two East Ridge warrants which were issued on April 5, 2023. Chattanooga Police transported to Hamilton County Jail.
23-005167 – 3300 BLK Ringgold Road– Traffic Stop/Arrest – Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for expired registration at this location. Two parties were taken into custody following the traffic stop. Both parties were found to be in possession of meth. The man was found to have an active warrant out of Catoosa County. He was subsequently charged with identity theft after providing police with his brother’s information including birthdate, social security number, and being in possession of his brother’s license. The woman was also charged with tampering with evidence and drug paraphernalia.
23-005169 – 3800 BLK Ringgold Road – Noise Complaint – Police were dispatched for loud music emitting from the business. Dispatch received two calls for the noise. The business owner was asked to lower the music volume. No more calls were received.
23-005164 – 3100 BLK Bimini Place – Vandalism – Police responded after the reporting party discovered a large rock thrown through her vehicle passenger side window and her windshield had been shattered. No suspect information was provided.
23-005170 – 5600 BLK Ringgold Road – Intoxicated Person – Police responded to this location regarding a female being intoxicated. A records check revealed four verified warrants through Session Court. She was transported to Hamilton County Jail.
April 29 – Day Shift
23-005185- 3800 BLK Ringgold Road- Burglary- Police arrived on scene and located a broken window with clothing outside the store directly to the side of the front entry door. Following entry into the business police located a large piece of concrete inside the door and multiple clothing racks that were missing clothing. Police determined that there were multiple surveillance cameras inside the store, however business staff was unable to access cameras at the time. CID was contacted and responded.
23-005147- 800 BLK Belvoir Avenue- Stolen Vehicle Recovery- The 2017 Hyundai stolen from 3725 Fountain Avenue yesterday was located behind the church. It was unoccupied. The vehicle was removed from NCIC.
23-005198- 1200 BLK South Seminole Drive-Disorder- The caller advised a male and female were fighting at this location. All parties were intoxicated and uncooperative. It was determined the disagreement was verbal.
23-005203- 1200 BLK Blocker Lane- Traumatic Injury- A party was riding a four-wheeler on the property and crashed.
April 29 – Night Shift
23-005208- 1600 BLK Heather St- Unconscious Person – Police responded to this location regarding a male being unconscious. Police arrived on the scene and the male subject was breathing. ERFD AND EMS arrived and began CPR. EMS transported the male party.
23-005210 – Anderson Ave / McBrien Road- Fight – Police responded to this location regarding two males fighting in the roadway. Both parties refused to press charges.
23-005211 – 600 BLK Camp Jordan Parkway – Suspicious Activity – Manager reported a male wearing a gray cap and maroon shirt asking customers for money. A check of the area did not locate the male.
23-005216 – 1500 BLK McBrien Road – Drug arrest – Two parties were arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia during a traffic stop.
23-005219 – 4100 BLK Greenbriar Road – Suspicious Activity – Caller reported seeing three teenage males pulling on car doors in the area. A check of the area did not locate them.
April 30 – Day Shift
23-005222- 500 BLK South Seminole Drive- Auto Theft- The victim stated he had parked his 2021 Ford Escape in his driveway at approximately 0100 hours on this date with a spare set of keys in the vehicle. He stated that when he awoke at approximately 0600 hours the vehicle was no longer on scene. Police entered the vehicle in NCIC. The vehicle was later located on Pawnee Trail inside of Chattanooga by the Chattanooga Police Department and removed from NCIC. Police have no suspects at this time. The vehicle was removed from NCIC by dispatch.
23-005223- 1200 BLK Reeves Avenue- Child Locked in Vehicle- The caller advised her child was accidentally locked in the car. On scene ERFD was able to assist the child out of the vehicle.
23-005225- 7609 Standifer Gap Road- Warrant Service- A man was served an East Ridge warrant at Silverdale.
23-005226- 3700 BLK Ringgold Road- Burglary- The complainant told police that she arrived at work at approximately 0800 hours and noticed the lights to the restaurant were on and one of the doors was unlocked. She stated the front door was locked. On entering the restaurant, she observed the petty cash money box open and missing all $400. Surveillance footage was reviewed. The suspect walked to the rear of the restaurant through the employee only door and is seen walking behind the counter and placing the money from the petty cash box into a green bag. The suspect then left through the same door he entered and locked the door behind him. CID was notified and responded.
23-005230- 941 Spring Creek Road- Warrant Service- A man was served an East Ridge warrant following his discharge from the hospital. He was transported to Silverdale without incident.
23-005235- 4320 Bennett Road- Disorder- The caller advised parents and referees were fighting. On scene police quickly determined no fight had occurred. Officers stood by while the incident was handled by event staff.
April 30 – Night Shift
No Number Assigned – 3200 BLK Old Ringgold Rd – Traffic Stop – A man was taken into custody on an outstanding East Ridge warrant.
23-005209 – 5200 BLK Ringgold Road – Theft – An employee called police regarding an attempted theft. The objects were recovered by staff before the suspect was able to leave the store.
23-005245 –5700 BLK Ringgold Road – Intoxicated Person – Police responded to this location regarding a male being inside the store intoxicated. He was taken into custody for Public Intoxication and transported to Hamilton County jail.
23-005253 – Springvale Road and Clemons Road – Auto Broken Down – While police were patrolling the area they contacted a woman in a broken down auto. She advised police she ran out of gas. While police were talking with her she showed signs of being intoxicated on unknown substances. Police conducted a search of the vehicle and located narcotics in her bag. She was transported to a local hospital by EMS. Police will be seeking warrants.
May 1- day Shift
23-005271 – 5700 BLK Ringgold Rd – Burglary of Auto – The complainant reported an unknown suspect entered her unlocked vehicle and stole her firearm from the glove box.
May 2- Night Shift
23-005299 – 4300 BLK Duval Street – Domestic Disorder – While on scene of a domestic disorder, police were advised of an active forfeiture capias (Theft) warrant for the subject. She was taken into custody and transported to Silverdale.
23-005305 – 5500 Highway 153 – Warrant Service – Chattanooga Police made contact with a woman at 5500 Highway 153. She had an active warrant out of East Ridge. ERPD responded to the above address and took her into custody and transported her to Silverdale.
23-005301 – 7609 Standifer Gap Road – Warrant Service – While at Silverdale a man was served with East Ridge warrant # 147517 Forfeiture Capias Driving on Revoked, Suspended.
23-005304 – 5080 South Terrace – FI – While investigating two suspicious vehicles, Police heard several different voices in the woods behind the theater. Police searched the area and found a small fire in a small pit in the ground. There was a large amount of garbage in the area. There was a makeshift tent with a female inside. There was a male party that took off running. Police searched the woods but were unable to locate the male. The woman was instructed to clean up the area.
23-005303 – 3600 BLK Ringgold Rd – Possession of Methamphetamine – Police noticed a suspicious car sitting in the alley between the hotel and business. Upon speaking to the driver he consented to a search of his person resulting in 4.8 grams of Meth and a Meth pipe being found in his possession. He was charged accordingly.
23-005306 – 4214 Ringgold Rd – Warrant Service – A man was served a forfeiture capias for driving on revoked.
23-005297 – 6500 BLK Ringgold Road – DUI Arrest – Police responded to this location for a motor vehicle crash with no injuries. Upon arrival police spoke to both parties. While talking to one driver police smelled alcohol on his breath. He was arrested for DUI.
