March 22- Day Shift
23-003346- 6400 BLK Ringgold Road- Wellbeing Check/DUI Arrest- The caller advised a male was passed out in a vehicle on the lot. Police arrived on scene and located a male unconscious in the driver’s seat of a GMC SUV. Police woke the male observed him appear to be highly intoxicated. He was arrested and charged with DUI.
23-003325- 4300 BLK Bennett Road- Child Found/Attachment Service- The caller advised her runaway daughter was at the school this morning. The child was located and removed from NCIC. She was also detained and transported to JDU on runaway attachments.
23-003359- 1200 BLK John Ross Road- Runaway Juvenile- The caller reported her seventeen year old had been missing from the home since March 7. The juvenile was entered in NCIC.
March 22- Night Shift
23-003370- 1400 BLK St. Thomas Street- Assault- Officers responded to the Motel 6 after receiving a report of a male subject being assault but multiple parties with ski masks on. Upon arrival officers spoke with the male victim who stated he did not know the parties who assaulted him. Police reviewed security camera footage of the incident but were unable to obtain a valid license plate of the suspect vehicle due to the quality of the video. The male subject denied EMS assistance while on scene. The suspects left the area in a red sedan prior to police arrival.
No Case Number Issued- McBrien Road / N Terrace Road – Traffic Stop/Arrest- Police conducted a traffic stop at this location. A woman was taken into custody for a Catoosa County, GA warrant. She was issued a traffic citation for financial responsibility and transported to Silverdale without incident.
23-003372 – 1700 BLK McBrien Road – Found Child – Police were called here regarding a found child. Upon arrival police learned the child was supposed to be picked up at the bus stop by his mother but his mother never arrived. While on scene the child’s mother alerted police and the child was reunited with his mother. The mother stated she had overslept.
23-003378- 6700 BLK Ringgold Road- Traffic Stop- Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a display of plates violation at this location. The driver was taken into custody for possession of meth for resale, possession of drug paraphernalia, and display of plates violation.
23-003383 – 1500 BLK Karwill Lane – Psychiatric Emergency – Police were dispatched to this location regarding a female having a psychiatric emergency. Police made contact with the reporting party who advised police his girlfriend was having a psychiatric emergency. Police spoke with her and she advised she needed to go to the hospital. Both subjects seem to be intoxicated EMS arrived and transported.
