Friday, March 03 – Day Shift
23-002534- 5400 BLK Connell Street- Fight- The caller advised her son’s wife was causing a disturbance. On scene police spoke with all parties involved but couldn’t determine a primary aggressor. Report on file.
23-002538- 1400 BLK of John Ross Road- Suspicious Person- The caller advised a male pushing a bicycle was yelling at cars. On scene officers encountered him and he was advised to stop yelling at cars.
23-002542- 5700 BLK Ringgold Road- Domestic Assault- A woman called to report her brother had assaulted their mother at this location. On scene police spoke with the victim. Warrants are being sought.
23-002545- 4214 Ringgold Road- Warrant Service- A woman was served an East Ridge arrest warrant at the police department.
23-002547- 7609 Standifer Gap Road- Warrant Service- A man was served an East Ridge warrant at Silverdale.
23-002548- 900 BLK Spring Creek Road- Alarm- Police responded to check the business. On scene police spoke with staff. The alarm was accidental.
Friday, March 03 – Night Shift
23-002571- 5700 BLK Roper Street- Suspicious Vehicle- A woman was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant out of Hamilton County following a suspicious vehicle call at this location. After a search of her vehicle she was was subsequently charged with meth for resale and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Saturday, March 04 – Day Shift
23-002576- 4267 15th Avenue- Warrant Service- A man was served East Ridge Warrants at this location. He was transported to Silverdale without incident.
23-002589- 3600 BLK Bennett Road- Unknown Trouble- Dispatch advised they received a call where the caller was just yelling into the phone. On scene police spoke with the caller. She advised a tree worker arrived at her home wearing a gun. She was refusing to allow him on her property to work. She agreed to allow the other workers to finish as long as the armed man stayed off her property.
23-002590- 4300 BLK Ringgold Road- Violation Protection Order- Police were investigating a traffic crash involving a male subject and another driver. While checking his driver status dispatch advised he was the subject of an order of protection out of Georgia. The protected party was the passenger in his vehicle. He was taken into custody and transported to Silverdale.
23-002591- 5400 BLK Ringgold Road- Unconscious Person- The caller advised a male was observed in the parking lot unconscious. On scene police encountered the party who advised he was just sleeping. He was checked for warrants and sent on his way.
23-002593- 1400 BLK Saint Thomas Street- Shots Fired- The caller advised they heard several shots in the area. On scene nothing was located.
Saturday, March 04 – Night Shift
23-002599- 700 BLK Germantown Circle- Arrest-Drugs- Police were dispatched to this address in reference to a subject possibly being under the influence of narcotics. Upon arrival police made contact with the party. During the interaction he was found to be in possession of methamphetamine. He was arrested for possession of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia, and public intoxication.
23-002604- 3700 BLK Ringgold Road- Domestic Disorder- Police were called regarding a male and a female arguing in the parking lot. Upon arrival, the parties had left the scene. Police then made contact with the male party in front of Kingwood Pharmacy. He was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia and fentanyl. He was charged accordingly.
23-002609- 5300 BLK Rose Street- Domestic Assault- Police were dispatched to this location after a female party knocked on a neighbor’s door and stated a male was trying to kill her. Upon arrival officers spoke with a female subject who appeared to be intoxicated and had blood on her hands. She told officers she was in an altercation with her husband. Police spoke with the husband, who was found to have a laceration on his hand and stated his wife bit him. After speaking with a witness to the incident, the female subject was taken into custody for domestic assault.
23-002611- 3200 BLK Ringgold Road- Arrest-Drugs- During a consensual contact with a man and woman, police found both to be in possession of methamphetamine, marijuana, and gabapentin. Both were arrested and charged accordingly.
Sunday, March 05 – Night Shift
23-002649-3326 Ringgold Road- Evading- While police were patrolling the area a dark blue Hyundai was observed driving in a reckless manner consistent with DUI. The driver of Hyundai nearly caused a crash. Police attempted a traffic stop but the driver of the Hyundai refused to stop. Police are working to identify the driver.
23-002652- 941 Spring Creek Road- Disorder – Police were called due to a female who was visiting a patient refusing to leave. Police made contact with the woman who was extremely intoxicated. She was arrested for public intoxication and transported to the jail.
23-002655- 500 BLK Camp Jordan Parkway- Disorder – Police were called regarding an intoxicated male causing a disorder after urinating on the patio in front of other patrons. He was taken into custody for public intoxication.
23-002657- 6200 BLK Ringgold Road- Mentally Disturbed- A male subject called police advising he was having a mental breakdown. He advised he felt like he was going to snap and hurt someone. Police gave him a courtesy ride so he could be evaluated.
23-002658- 4214 Ringgold Road- Wanted Person- Sumner County Sheriff wanted verification of a wanted person. A hold was faxed to Sumner County.
Monday, March 6-Day Shift
23-002671- 915 S. Seminole Drive- Arrest- While police were investigating a prowler at this location, a man was found to have warrants out of Walker County. He was transported to Silverdale without incident.
23-002676 – 400 BLK S Lovell Ave– Burglary – Police responded to this location regarding a burglary. The victim advised she left her home Saturday morning and came back today and noticed her door had been kicked in and had items taken from her home. Police do not have any suspects at this time.
March 6-Night Shift
23-002698 – 1500 Block Prater Road – Traffic Stop / Fugitive Arrest – A man was stopped after he was observed speeding in the 1500 block of Prater Road. He had an active warrant for his arrest through the USMS. He was placed into custody and transported to Silverdale.
23-002706 – 3600 BLK Ringgold Road – Arrest – A man fled from police following an encounter behind the property. After an extensive foot pursuit he was taken into custody and charged with Resisting and Evading. Police also discovered this party had six warrants out of Hamilton County.
