Day Shift February 14, 2023

23-001811- Ringgold Road @ South Germantown Road- Broken Down Auto- Police responded to a disabled vehicle in the roadway. on scene officers assisted the motorist.

23-001812- 5500 BLK Ringgold Road- Suspicious People- The caller advised people were sleeping in the business. On scene police encountered two people. The couple was checked for warrants and issued a criminal trespass warning.

23-001813- 5900 BLK Ringgold Road- AOA- Police were dispatched with ERFD on a possible commercial building fire. On scene it was found the smoke was actually steam.

23-001815- 600 BLK Camp Jordan Parkway- Suspicious Person- The caller advised a male in the dining room appeared to be intoxicated. On scene police spoke with the man, who had been the subject of previous police interaction at area hotels. He was advised to leave the business.

23-001821- 1300 BLK San Hsi- Endangered Adult- The caller advised a man, who suffers from dementia, left in a blue car. After a short time, officers located him and assisted him home.

Night Shift February 15, 2023

23-001838 – 6700 BLK Ringgold Road – Drug Arrest – A woman was taken into custody for possession of Fentanyl for resale and possession of drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop.

23-001834 – 5300 BLK Matthews Dr – Domestic Disorder – Police responded to a report of a domestic disorder at this location. Upon arrival police were unable to make contact with anyone at the residence. Police contacted the resident of the address who stated she did not know anyone by the names police were given of those involved. No additional information was able to be given by the caller or resident.

23-001842 – 4200 BLK Ringgold Rd – Suspicious Vehicle – Police observed a vehicle sitting in the drive through of Jack’s after the business was closed. Police contacted the occupant who stated he was waiting on an employee to finish closing. Police made contact with the employee who admitted to being a recreational drug user but a K9 officer deployed on the vehicle did not indicate to the presence of narcotics. A field interview was completed.

23-001844 – I75 NB On Ramp – Traffic Stop – A man was taken into custody on an aggravated assault warrant during a traffic stop.
