23-000769 – 5300 BLK Ringgold Road – Miscellaneous – The complainant reported the pharmacy accidentally gave her son’s filled prescription to the wrong person on 01/07/23. She advised she was told it was all captured on surveillance footage, and that staff will be looking into it.
22-014347 – 4198 Willard Drive – Vehicle Recovery – A vehicle, stolen in East Ridge was recovered by CPS’s Charlie Team.
23-000773 – 100 Bass Pro Drive – Shoplifting – A male and female stole jewelry, tools and clothes. The loss prevention manager is preparing surveillance camera footage.
23-000782 – 6800 BLK Ringgold Rd – Theft – A victim stated his room was cleaned by staff, yesterday and again today, which he found odd as the hotel does not usually clean on consecutive days. The party stated he observed his cash kept in a nightstand appeared askew so he counted and determined approximately $1,000 has been stolen.
23-000778 – 4300 BLK Bennett Rd – Delayed Assault – The assistant principal with East Ridge reported a juvenile was approached and assaulted by two other known juveniles near the new gymnasium during class change. The subjects, who have a well-documented history with ERHS, ERMS, and ERPD, were suspended/expelled for several days. The mother of the victim requested prosecution of the parties due to previous assaults and harassment.
23-000780 – 5700 BLK Ringgold Rd – Suspicious Person – Dollar General reported a bald male subject wearing a camo jacket and black pants was walking around on the property and bothering customers.

23-000796 – 6500 BLK Ringgold Road – Fight – A man was arrested for Public Intoxication after being involved in a fight with another patron in the parking lot.
23-000802 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Warrant Service – Police served a theft under $1,000 warrant on a man who was already incarcerated at the jail, warrant #162201.
23-000805 – 10 BLK Ridgeside Road – SIA – Police noticed a gold Lexus parked in the road in front if this address. The vehicle’s trunk was standing open. The trunk was secured and police were unable to contact anyone at the home.
23-000797 – 1400 BLK Mack Smith Rd – Suspicious – Reporting party called in stating she believed someone was on property in room 121 that wasn’t supposed to be there. Upon arrival the maintenance man told police no one was in the room.
23-000808 – 6500 BLK Ringgold Road – Disorder – Reporting party called police advising a male subject was at the store and wouldn’t leave. RP advised he had been there over an hour and she didn’t feel safe. Police arrived on scene and advised the party to leave.
