Day Shift December 30, 2022

22-017638 – 300 BLK Tanager Circle – Assist Other Agency – Police were dispatched to the above address at the request of Manchester TN Police to locate a SUV that was involved in a hit-and-run crash on 12/27/22. Police located the vehicle and spoke with the resident who did admit to driving the vehicle from the crash. The information was relayed to Manchester Police for follow-up.

22-017639 – 6600 BLK Ringgold Rd – Theft/Delayed Disorder – Police were dispatched to speak with the reporting party who reported the mother of his children drove away with his personal belongings inside the vehicle. He alleged that she strangled him the previous evening, however no injuries were observed or anything to corroborate the account. Over an hour later, she returned to the scene. The reporting party advised several items were missing. The suspect was issued a misdemeanor citation for Theft.

22-017652 – 5700 BLK Ringgold Rd – Assist a Citizen – Employees reported a female in a gray Ford Explorer parked in front of the sign at this location was acting erratic. Police spoke with the party who was experiencing problems with life and needed a battery jumpstart. An employee with the business assisted the party with boosting her vehicle and she left the scene.

22-017631 – 941 Spring Creek Road – Arrest – Officers responded to Parkridge East on a disorder. When police arrived they were notified by nursing staff a visitor to room 222 had been smoking marijuana in the room. Martin Webb was given a misdemeanor citation for Simple Possession and transported to jail on a fugitive warrant from Alabama.

22-017649 – 300 BLK East View Drive – Assist Fire Department – Police and Fire responded to a residential fire at this address. Officers assisted fire as they extinguished the flames.

Night Shift 30-31, 2022

22-017664 – 4222 Ringgold Road – Arrest – Police responded to this location for an accident with unknown injuries. It was determined a driver, Elvin Mazariegos was intoxicated. He was taken into custody for DUI, open container, and reckless driving. Mazariegos was also issued citations for no license and no insurance. He was transported to Silverdale without incident.

22-017659 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Warrant Service – Police arrested Bryan King after he was contacted by CPD for an Alias Capias warrant.

22-017670 – 6500 BLK Ringgold Road – Alarm – Police received an alarm. Upon arrival officers discovered a back door unsecure. Officers cleared the business, and no one was found inside. The doors were locked by officers and the alarm company was unable to contact a responsible.

22-017658 – 4000 BLK Bennett Road Apt– Animal Call – Reporting party called in stating they believed the residence at this address were beating their German shepherd dog. Police attempted to make contact but were unsuccessful.

22-017676 – 700 BLK Maryland Circle – Disorder – Two men were involved in a shoving match at this location following an argument. Both parties agreed to go to sleep.
