Day Shift December 29, 2022
22-017578- 3600 BLK Missionaire Avenue- Domestic Assault- The complainant advised police that she had been in an argument, which turned physical with her boyfriend. He was not on scene.
22-017579- Ringgold Road @ I-75 South- Vehicle Pursuit- Police attempted to stop the suspect vehicle at Ringgold road and the I-75 South of ramp in reference to the shots fired and aggravated assault on police suspect actively fleeing HCSO. Police pursued the suspect until a visual was lost on North Terrace. Later the suspect vehicle was pursued in Chattanooga where it was eventually stopped.
22-017580- 1104 Altamaha Street- Suspicious Person- The caller advised a suspicious male was pushing a bicycle through the neighborhood looking in garbage cans. On scene police encountered him. He was checked for warrants and sent on his way.
22-017582- 800 Belvoir Avenue- Suspicious People- The caller advised two males in a white car were suspicious on the lot. On scene the males had already left the property.
22-017583- 7707 Lee Highway- Warrant Service- Calei Kirby was picked up from CPD and served an East Ridge warrant. She was transported to Silverdale.
22-017587- 2100 BLK McBrien Road- Fraud- The reporting party advised she was scammed out of $168 for a construction job in Guatemala. She was advised to report the fraud to ic3.gov website in order to involve the federal authorities who would have more jurisdiction over the incident. D2 on file.
22-017593- 5700 BLK Ringgold Road- Shoplifting- On scene officers spoke with the manager. She advised a female with long dark hair accompanied by a juvenile took approximately $50 in merchandise without paying. The pair then left in a white GMC SUV. The business wishes to prosecute if the woman is identified.
22-012166- 6510 Ringgold Road- Warrant Service- Michael Overby was located in room 107 and taken into custody on an East Ridge warrant. He was transported to Silverdale without incident.
22-017601- 1000 BLK South Seminole Drive- Disorder- Dispatch advised responding units that a female was on scene “tearing it up.” On arrival police spoke with the complainant who advised the suspect was on the opposite side of the duplex. Police walked around to the back and observed her with a couple scratch marks; one on her forehead and one on her arm. The reporting party told police she came over, knocked on his window and was acting belligerent. She then broke the window on the back of the house. The complainant told police he estimated costs to be about $20-$30 to replace. He stated he did not want to prosecute the suspect for vandalism and she agreed to go back to her side of the duplex.
Night Shift December 29-30, 2022
22-017612- 5707 Ringgold Road- Theft- Dollar General employees called police to report that two black females had entered the store and walked out with approximately $200 worth of merchandise. The suspects have not been identified at this time but photos were taken and charges are pending identification.
22-01614- 4214 Ringgold Road- Harassment- The reporting party came to the police department and stated to officers that she believes she is being harassed by “some women” at her home on Dupont Street. She could not give any information about the females but stated that she thinks they are private investigators and that they could possibly be entering her home while she is gone because she cannot find her cell phone and there have been “several weird things” left in her bathtub.
22-017622- 3500 BLK Shadowlawn Drive- Crash-Property Damage- The complainant missed his driveway and put his Hyundai Sonata in a ditch which runs perpendicular to the roadway. He was issued citations for Leaving the Roadway and License Required.
22-017625- 7609 Standifer Gap Road- Arrest-Warrant- Matthew David Skudlarek was arrested on a Failure to Appear/Probation Capias warrant.
