Day Shift December 24
22-017387- 5700 BLK Roper Street- Shots Fired- An anonymous caller reported shots fired at the apartment complex. On scene police located the suspect, a male with brown trench coat, walking away from the scene. Police apprehended the suspect, Parker Anslem Silvia, after a brief foot pursuit. The firearm in question was located after the suspect attempted to ditch the weapon. The firearm appeared to be a pellet gun replicating a Colt Python. Silva was charged with disorderly conduct and evading.
22-017397- 3500 BLK Ringgold Road- Wellbeing Check- A passerby requested police check on a half-naked male sitting on the sidewalk at the business. On scene police checked the area but the male was not located.
22-017400- 1000 Bass Pro Drive- Suspected Shoplifting/AOA Warrant Service- The caller advised a shoplifting suspect was observed in the store. On scene police located the suspect in his vehicle. Eric Horton and Lacy Ridley were detained for investigation. Horton and Ridley were found to have warrants and were transported to Silverdale.
22-017401- 7609 Standifer Gap Road- Warrant Service- Emily Moore was served two East Ridge warrants at Silverdale.
22-017405- 6800 BLK Martha Avenue- AOA- Police responded with ERFD on a child locked in a vehicle. On scene police stood by while fire unlocked the vehicle.
Night Shift December 24-25
No Complaint Number- Donaldson Road@Poindexter- Wires Down- Police were called to the area for wires being down. Officers arrived on scene and found power lines sparking due to a broken power pole. EPB was notified and responded. Donaldson Road was shutdown from Ringgold Road to Pinellas Lane and at Poindexter Avenue and Claremont Avenue. As of the end of shift, EPB was still on scene.
22-017416- 100 BLK Kingwood Dr- Domestic Assault- Police responded to a reported domestic assault at this location. The victim stated her husband threatened to assault her and then hit her in the back of the head.
22-017418- 1600 BLK Springvale Rd- Domestic Disorder- Police responded to this address in reference to a disorder. Upon arrival police did determine a physical confrontation had taken place. No primary aggressor could be determined. The subjects were separated for the evening.
Day Shift December 25
22-017420- South Seminole Drive @ Bennett Road- Suspicious Person- The caller advised a male was walking in the roadway waving his hands. On scene the male claimed to have a medical issue. A medical unit responded and transported the male to the hospital.
22-017421- 1410 Mack Smith Road- Property Damage- Police arrived on scene and spoke with the East Ridge Fire Battalion Chief. He advised while on scene of a fire alarm at this location the firefighters located a room that appeared to be occupied. Staff at the Budgetel believe the room to be occupied by a former employee. He was not located. The motel provided universal room keys to officers on scene and requested he be removed for criminal trespassing at a later date if located. The manager also gave verbal consent to officers to access the location at any date in the future up to a year from this date without management on scene.
22-017422- 100 BLK Kingwood Drive- Disorder- The caller advised the suspect from an earlier disorder had returned to the residence. On scene he had already left the scene on foot. The surrounding neighborhood was checked but he was not located.
22-017425- 3657 Ringgold Road- Disorder- Mychal Johnson was arrested for domestic assault.
22-017426- 3400 BLK Ringgold Road- Citizen Assist- The caller advised she was out of time at the motel and didn’t have a place to go. On scene police transported her to the soup kitchen.
22-017429- 7609 Standifer Gap Road- Warrant Service- Roger McNabb was served an East Ridge warrant at Silverdale.
22-017430- 3725 Fountain Avenue- Disorder- The caller advised she was having trouble with her child’s father. While en route officers were advised the male had already left the scene and the caller wished cancel police response. She then requested a phone call but refused to answer when called. Officers eventually spoke with the caller and determined her and her child’s fathers issues were civil. Later, officers were called back for another disorder. On scene police stood by while the male dropped off property.
Night Shift December 25-26
22-017433- 5300 BLK Ringgold Road- Suspicious Person-Police contacted a party at this location after he was observed loitering at a closed Business. He was checked for warrants and then released.
22-017441- 5700 BLK State Line Road- Open Door- Anonymous person called reporting the door open on his neighbor’s Jeep. A check with the vehicle owner/resident found that nothing was missing and must have been left open by a grandchild.
22-017442 – 1623 Sunray Drive – Disorder- Police arrested Christine Balderree for violating an Order of Protection at this location following a disorder.
22-017446- 5300 BLK Reneau Way- Suspicious Activity- Police responded after a caller stated she witnessed three juveniles possibly attempting to enter vehicles on her street. Police checked with two homeowners who both stated they did not think their vehicles had been entered. The juveniles were possibly accompanied by a full size lifted dark in color truck.
