Day Shift December 13
22-016947- 1500 BLK Waterhouse St.- Aggravated Burglary- The resident reported that his neighbor had entered his home a couple of days ago and stole numerous items while he was away. He stated three bottles of wine, one bottle of hard liquor, medication, and $600 cash had been taken. He stated he did not notice the items missing until today. He stated the neighbor had previously broken into his home and he confronted her today. He stated she attempted to give him back the bottle of liquor, which police observed on her front porch, but she stated to him she did not have any of the other items. She had fled the area prior to police arrival. Warrants will be sought.
22-016937 – 4320 Bennett Rd – Delayed Assault – The parent of a juvenile student reported their child was assaulted while they were in an altercation with another juvenile on 11/28/22 at the school.
22-016943 – 300 BLK Frawley Rd – Vehicle Fire – Police responded with ERFD for a possible vehicle fire. On arrival, the owner had extinguished most of the fire and ERFD finished it.
22-016948 – 1000 Bass Pro Dr – Theft – Bass Pro Security advised two male subjects stole approximately 16 boxes of ammunition and then quickly left the business before employees could make contact with them. The parties were last observed entering a white Nissan Altima and driving south on Camp Jordan Pkwy.
22-016932 – 4350 Ringgold Road – Disorder With a Weapon – Police were dispatched to the area of Ringgold Road at McBrien Road regarding a white male party who brandished a knife at road construction workers and threatened them. The party, Brandon Neal, was found near McDonald’s. He was detained and transported back to the job site. The workers positively identified Neal as the suspect. The knife was found on his person. He was taken into custody for two counts of Aggravated Assault Public Intoxication, Retaliation For Past Actions, and Simple Possession of Controlled Substance.
Night Shift December 13-14
22-016958 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Warrant – Christie Lewis was served with an outstanding warrant for Forfeiture Capias – Vandalism.
22-016966 – 3508 Ringgold Road – Theft – Police were dispatched to Walgreens regarding a theft. A male subject with a beard, wearing a camouflage jacket and a ball cap partially paid for a 12-pack of beer and walked out without paying for the rest.
22-012855 – 4221 Spriggs Street – Warrant Service – Tayler Kirchoff was taken into custody at this address for East Ridge warrants and was transported to Silverdale without incident.
