Day Shift December 8
22-016749 – 4000 BLK Bennett Rd- Mental Health- Police were dispatched to the above apartments regarding a female party on the premises who was screaming racial slurs and acting disorderly. Police made contact with a female subject in one of the apartments, who could be heard inside her apartment screaming at no one. She was instructed to cease her disorderly ways.
22-016734 – 482 McBrien Rd – Field Interview- Police encountered a man sleeping behind the At Home Store. He was checked for warrants, warned about urban camping and sent on his way.
22-016742 – 900 BLK Spring Creek Rd – Rolling Disorder – The caller advised a black Toyota pickup followed him to this location after a possible road rage incident that occurred on Hwy 153 in Chattanooga. The subject in the Toyota was gone when officers arrived. Police escorted the caller back to Chattanooga without incident.
22-016298 – 4400 BLK Ringgold Rd – Traffic Stop/Warrant Service – Melvin Martin was taken into custody after he was observed driving a vehicle near this location and known to have warrants and a revoked driver’s license. Martin was transported to the jail without incident.
Night Shift December 8-9
22-016758 – 5600 BLK Ringgold Road – Theft – Police took a stolen firearm report from this location. The victim left her .45 Cal. High Point handgun in her vehicle unsecured.
22-016763 – I-75NB – Warrant Service – Police arrested Jamey Nocho after a traffic stop. Nocho had four warrants for driving on revoked, two through East Ridge and two through sessions.
22-016766 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Warrant Service – Police served an arrest warrant to John Hixson. He was already at Silverdale.
22-016759 – 600 BLK Camp Jordan Parkway – Suspicious Person – Reporting party called in stating a female was in the middle of the road and appeared to be under the influence of something. Police did not locate anyone.
22-016761 – 5700 Ringgold Road – Arrest – While on patrol, police observed erratic behavior by a female walking in the bike lane down Ringgold Road. Police made contact with the individual who was identified as Emily Shultz. Police arrested Shultz for Public Intoxication.
