Day Shift December 4, 2022
22-016539 – 1479 Mack Smith Rd- Suspicious Activity- Officers made contact with a couple of male subjects sleeping in front of the laundromat. They were encouraged to relocate.
22-016538 – 6959 Glenn Errol Way – Unconscious Party/Arrest- Officers responded to an unconscious male party at this address. The male subject, Chad Disney, was taken into custody for public intoxication during the interaction with police. Disney refused multiple pleadings by officer to return to his residence and be quiet. He ultimately gave police no choice but to take him into custody for his own wellbeing.
22-016561- 5300 Weaver St – Suspicious Activity/Arrest – Cody Holman was taken into custody after he was located intoxicated in the roadway of 5300 Weaver St. Officers had received reports of him jumping on vehicles in the area.
22-016537 – 3725 Fountain Ave- Auto Burglary/Attempted Auto Theft- A resident reported his 2018 Kia Rio was entered overnight and an unknown suspect removed the ignition. Nothing was reported missing except the ignition.
22-016546 – 924 Spring Creek Rd- Warrant Service- Ryan Greer was taken into custody for a Hamilton County arrest warrant for DUI 3rd following a traffic stop.
22-016550 – 3623 Fountain- Auto Theft- A resident reported her 2016 black Kia Soul was stolen overnight. There is no suspect information at this time. The vehicle was entered into NCIC.
22-016547 – 300 BLK Camp Jordan Road – Stolen Vehicle – The reporting party stated sometime during the night, party(s) unknown stole her vehicle parked in the drive. Chatanooga PD responded to 1802 Tunnel Boulevard this morning on report of a vehicle blocking a person’s driveway, which turned out to be the stolen vehicle.
22-016563 – 400 S. Moore Rd – Panhandlers – Police encountered two parties panhandling at the corner of S. Moore Rd and S. Terrace inside the city limits. They were advised to move along.
Night Shift December 4-5
22-016572 – 728 Belvoir Avenue – Arrest – Following a crash investigation at this location, Octavio Garduno was taken into custody for DUI. Garduno was also issued multiple citations.
22-016582 – 7609 Standifer Gap Road – Warrant Service – While incarcerated at Silverdale, Amanda McBryar was served with an East Ridge warrant, Capias, possession of Methamphetamine.
22-016583 – 3400 BLK Frawley Street – Harassment – Police were dispatched to this location regarding a report of harassment. The resident reported her ex-boyfriend is continuing to violate an order of protection. There is an active warrant for the ex-boyfriend, Police informed her to forward all communications she has received. Once the police have received the information additional warrants may be sought.
22-016581 – 6513 Ringgold Road – Arrest – Police arrested Scott Lewis at this location after police received reports on him being unconscious behind the wheel of a 2021 Toyota Camry. After investigating police arrested Lewis for being in possession of a stolen auto, possessing a stolen firearm, possessing meth, possessing a firearm by a convicted felon.
22-016580 – 200 BLK Brookwood Drive – Suspicious Vehicle – Police responded to a report of a person in a vehicle checking mailboxes in the neighborhood. Upon arrival police were unable to locate the vehicle.
22-016584 – 1300 South Seminole Drive – Traffic Stop – The driver was issued a misdemeanor citation for simple possession of marijuana along with several traffic citations during a traffic stop at this location.
22-016586 – Altamaha Street / Anderson Avenue – Hit and Run – Police responded to a hit and run crash at this location. Police discovered that the vehicle had struck another vehicle before leaving the roadway and striking a mailbox and a carport. Police located the suspect vehicle abandoned on Matthews Drive. The vehicle was parked in a driveway to which it was not registered and was subsequently towed from the scene.
22-016481 – 3636 Ringgold Road – Auto Theft Recovery – Reporting party called stating she found her stolen 2000 Land Rover Discovery. Police responded to this location. Rp told police it did not seem the vehicle had been damaged or tampered with. Rp took possession of her vehicle. Vehicle was removed from NCIC.
