Day Shift November 23, 2022
22-016098 – 4145 Ringgold Rd – Suspicious Person – The caller advised there was a subject sleeping in a Ford Explorer in the lower parking lot at this location. Police contacted Tanisha Ward, who claimed she was waiting on an unknown friend who was inside one of the apartments. Ward’s information was verified and she was found to have an extraditable warrant through Whitfield County, Ga for Failure to Appear. Ward was detained and transported to the jail, where she was served with the warrant.
22-016106 – 6500 BLK Slater Rd – Property Damage –The property manager for the antique mall reported that the owner does not want overflow parking from nearby businesses on his property and was told to advise them to park elsewhere. The complainant advised she told a male party in a white Jeep Wrangler and upon his exiting the parking lot, he drove over a concrete curb and broke it. Police spoke with both parties and they agreed to make arrangements to have the item fixed.
22-016120 – 5700 Roper St– Burglary of an Auto – The caller reported her Honda Civic was entered and a purse containing her ID and money was taken. There was no suspect information
22-016093- 1702 Small Street- Stolen Plate Recovery- Charles Rose was issued a misdemeanor citation for Theft Under $1000 after he was discovered to be displaying a lost/stolen tag on his vehicle.
22-016108- 3635 Ringgold Rd- Shoplifting- Family Dollar employees reported a female party stole multiple items from the store and fled in a silver Toyota sedan. The suspect was later identified and a Theft charge will be sought.
22-016118- 5600 BLK Ringgold Rd- Stolen Plate- The complainant reported the license plate from her Volkswagen was stolen while it was being serviced. The plate was entered into NCIC.
Night Shift November 23-24, 2022
22-016129 -4214 Ringgold Road – Warrant-Ronald Samuel was arrested and booked at the Hamilton County Jail on East Ridge warrants for forfeiture capias (public intoxication), forfeiture capias (vandalism) and forfeiture capias (public intoxication).
22-016130- 4214 Ringgold Road – Warrant-Ronald Samuel was arrested and booked at the Hamilton County Jail on an East Ridge warrant for Failure to Appear.
22-016128 – 6514 Ringgold Rd – Arrest- Police were called here regarding an intoxicated couple arguing. Police arrested Michelle Roe for public intoxication.
22-016138 – 1441 N Smith St – Arrest:-Police were sent here on reports of a disorder in the lobby of the Holiday Inn. Upon arrival police arrested Terry Deese for public intoxication. Police also arrested Deese’s girlfriend Yolanda Stines for criminal impersonation. Stines gave a false name to conceal her identity. Stines is wanted from the state of Virginia and has full extraditable warrant for felony fraudulent checks.
22-013464 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Warrant Service- Brandon Eslinger was served with four outstanding warrants for Failure to Exercise Due Care, Leaving the Scene Of An Accident, Driving While Revoked For DUI, and Following Too Close.
22-016127 – 4150 Ringgold Road – Suspicious Person- Police were dispatched to this location regarding a male party who was making the gas stations employees uncomfortable. Police spoke with the male who stated he needed help. Police offered to give him a ride but he declined. No further police action taken.
22-016143 – 6101 Ringgold Rd – Arrest- Police arrested Deshawn Tyson for driving on revoked (DUI) following a traffic stop at this location.
