October 28 – Day Shift
22-014908- 4214 Ringgold Road- Warrant Service- Mercedee Fallins was arrested at this location for driving while suspended.
22-014900-950- Spring Creek- Auto Burg- The reporting party contacted police after discovering his car had been burglarized overnight at the apartment complex. A backpack taken from the vehicle was found a short distance away.
22-014902- 5300 Block Matthews Dr- Delayed Accidental Discharge- A Juvenile male found a gun in the glovebox of his mother’s boyfriend’s car and discharged it into the floorboard of the car. The juvenile notified the elementary school of the incident. CPS report was filed and there were no injuries reported.
22-014906- 1600 Block Prigmore Rd- Delayed Verbal Disorder- A reporting party stated she had on-going verbal disorders with her partner and was needing help getting out of the situation. Police provided resources to help.

October 28 – Night Shift
22-014931- 183 I-24 EB Off-Ramp-Public Intoxication Arrest- Officers were called to the area after a TVA Police Officer got out with a driver sleeping in his vehicle in the roadway. The driver of vehicle was identified as Kevin Nieves of Atlanta, GA. Nieves was under the influence of alcohol. Nieves was taken into custody.
22-014934- 5800 Ringgold Road- Crash-Property Damage- After being released from a traffic stop, the driver of a pick-up truck backed into the police car. Hamilton County investigated the crash.
22-014944- 6642 Ringgold Road- Arrest-Warrant- Qudarius D. Smith was arrested on an East Ridge warrant for Unlawful Possession of a Weapon.

October 29 – Day Shift
22-014634- 4214 Ringgold Rd- Stolen Plate Recovery- Police responded to the East Ridge Police Department due to a concerned citizen locating a license plate on Bennett Rd. The license plate confirmed as stolen was subsequently removed from NCIC and placed into East Ridge Property and Evidence.
October 29 – Night Shift
22-014979- 900 Spring Creek Road- Traffic Stop- Amanda Hernandez was taken into custody following a traffic stop at this location. After providing false information to police, she was discovered to have multiple outstanding warrants out of Hamilton County and Soddy Daisy. Hernandez was subsequently charged with criminal impersonation and various traffic offenses.

18-014990- 6500 BLK Slater Rd- Suspicious Person- A vagrant was told to move along from this location after police received a call about him sleeping on the property.
22-015002 – 732 Frawley Rd -Disorder- A resident called in regarding the residents in the apartment above her throwing food off their balcony. Incidents have involved trash, watermelon, mac and cheese, chicken legs, and food with maggots on it. This was first noticed over a month ago. Management on site has been made aware and came out to clean up around two weeks ago but the issue is on-going with no resolution as of today.
22-014995- 4900 BLK Maryland Drive- Disorder with a weapon- Billy Sutherland was arrested for two counts of Aggravated Assault, Aggravated Burglary, and Vandalism after he chased the victims at this address with an axe during an argument and attempted to enter the residence using the axe. Sutherland was located in the 5000 block of Delaware and transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
22-015005- 4214 Ringgold Road- Warrant Service- David King was arrested for an active East Ridge Warrant – Alias Capias Driving on revoked. King was transported to the Hamilton County Jail.

October 30 – Night Shift
22-015024- 182.2 Interstate 24 West Bound- Traffic Crash- Police responded to a request for assistance from Chattanooga police on a traffic crash at this location. A tractor trailer truck had left the roadway and crashed in the woods lining the interstate. The driver was transported to the hospital by EMS.
