22-014529- Ringgold Road- Suspicious Vehicle-
The caller advised a dark colored SUV was parked behind the business. On scene police spoke with the occupants. They were checked for warrants and sent on their way. The property representative declined to issue a trespass warning.
22-014532- Ringgold Road- Assault-
22-014540-Laredo Avenue- Wellbeing Check-
The anonymous caller advised there were several homeschool children playing outside at this address. On scene police spoke with the mother; the kids checked ok.
22-014546- Holiday Drive- Theft-
The caller advised he observed a man steal a bicycle from his neighbor’s yard. On scene police checked the area but the male wasn’t located. The victim’s mother declined to file a report at this time.
Nightshift October 20-21, 2022
22-014552 – Maiden Dr – Suspicious Activity
A resident at this address advised the prior evening, an unknown male party approached her at her home stating her headlight was broken although it was not. The vehicle then fled the area when a neighbor approached the residence.
22-014558- San His & Ringgold Rd- Traffic Stop-
Jessica Howard was taken into custody for an outstanding felony warrant for vehicle theft out of Walker County. She was transported to Silverdale without incident.
22-014565- Spring Creek Rd- Delayed Assault-
Police responded regarding a delayed assault. Officers observed marks on the reporting party’s face and an injury to her finger. A witness to the incident stated that the fight occurred in a vehicle in the parking lot of a hotel. Police responded to the hotel to speak with the suspect and observed her to have scratches on her face as well as a swollen nose. EMS responded and transported her to the hospital. After speaking with all parties involved, police were not able to determine a primary aggressor. A report is on file.
