A party was criminally trespassed following a disorder with staff after he was at the restaurant asking for food from the customers.
22-014436-Spring Creek Rd- Suspicious Activity-
Parkridge East security reported a male patient who had been discharged was refusing to leave the premises. Police got out with the transient party at a gas station across the street. He advised he was trying to get to Brainerd Rd. He was given a ride to Chattanooga.
22-014441- East Ridge Drive- Auto Burglary-
A citizen reported her vehicles were entered and ransacked overnight. The only item known to be taken was her husband’s empty medicine bottle.
Loss prevention reported two unknown females and one unknown male stole $975.08 worth of baby formula. She stated the same group has stolen from multiple stores in the area and have possibly stolen from other stores as well. CCTV footage was provided.
22-014482 – Ringgold Rd – Suspicious Vehicle / Missing Person –
Police contacted a suspicious vehicle. The vehicle was in a parking lot of a closed business. Police spoke with a female sitting in the vehicle. The female was identified and was found to have been reported as missing and endangered on October 18, 2022, at 1800 hours out of Walker County, Georgia. The woman was given a ride back to her residence due to her being out of gas and not being able to get anyone to come pick her up.
22-014465 – 941 Spring Creek Rd – Arrest –
Mickey Shurette was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and Retaliation for Past Action following a call at this location. Once at the Hamilton County Jail, Shurette became angry and spit in the face of the responding officer. Warrants will be sought for Assault on a Police Officer.
Police responded to a call for a theft at this location. A child’s dirt bike was stolen the night before. The mother is attempting to collect more information on the bike to send to Police.
