October 14 – Day Shift
The caller advised a homeless male and female were loitering on the property. On scene police encountered Mark Walling. Walling was found to have a sessions court warrant. He was transported to Silverdale.

22-014279- 3100 blk of Ringgold Road- Check Hazard-
The caller advised of an eighteen wheeler stuck in the tunnel. On scene the truck was located just over halfway through. TDOT was notified and a wrecker responded to remove the truck.

Liberty Bonding turned over Kevin Lamont Williams to police due to Forfeiture Capias warrants for Driving Without a License.
22-014295- 900 Belvoir Ave- DUI-
William Underwood was taken into custody for DUI, open container law, and speeding during a traffic stop at this location.
22-014307- 1417 St Thomas St- Warrant Service-
Calesta Manasco was taken into custody on an outstanding East Ridge warrant during a traffic stop at this location.
22-014306– 1500 Keeble St– Drug Arrest-
During a traffic stop at this location Amy White was found to be in possession of methamphetamine for resale. She was arrested and charged accordingly.
22-014310- Ringgold Road- Suspicious Person-
Staff contacted ERPD in reference to a woman repeatedly returning to the store to steal cans of compressed air. Police located the woman in the tree line of the parking lot inhaling the contents of the can. Police also observed several empty cans of air nearby. Walmart management wanted to prosecute. She was transported to the ER and was kept for observation. She also had several warrants through East Ridge, Hamilton CO. and GA. She was issued Misdemeanor Citations for Public Intox and shoplifting.

No number assigned- 6000 blk of Ringgold Road- AOA Warrant Service-
Colby Fairchild was detained and turned over to HCSO following a traffic stop.

October 15 – Night Shift
22-014346- 941 Spring Creek Rd- Disorder-
Police responded after a patient continued to act unruly throughout the night. Officers spoke with the individual. The patient was observed to have damaged hospital equipment and made threats toward staff. Officers will follow up with hospital staff once the victim of the threats arrive to their shift.
22-014348-Ringgold Road- Abandon Auto-
Person(s) unknown abandoned a 2008 Jeep Liberty near fuel pump #12 and did not inform anyone at the store. A wrecker towed the vehicle.
22-014347-Brockhaven Road- Auto Theft-
The victim stated that his black 2017 Jeep Cherokee had been stolen overnight around 0210 hours. Police were shown Ring Camera footage an unknown male near the vehicle with the passenger door open and then the vehicle left. The victim stated he is in possession of his keys to the vehicle; however, his wife’s keys must have been left with the vehicle. The vehicle was entered into NCIC.

The caller advised she heard a crash in her living room and found her front window to be broken. It was unclear how the window was damaged.
