Dayshift October 13, 2022
22-014234 –Springvale Rd – Auto Theft – A citizen reported a party named agreed to work on his Chevrolet months ago but, after payment, he has since refused to answer calls. Attempts by police to reach the suspect were unsuccessful. An arrest warrant will be sought Theft Over $2500.
22-014177-Karwill Lane- Vehicle Theft- 2004 Jeep Liberty with the back glass and rear passenger glass smashed out the lot.
22-014222 -Ringgold Rd – Deceptive Practice/Theft – Walmart security reported that on 10/08/2022, David Severs selected items from inside the store and then proceeded to the customer service desk, where he successfully returned the items for cash. Severs then left the store and exited the property. Severs has been criminally trespassed from all Walmart property in the past due to theft. Warrants were sought for theft and criminal trespassing.
22-014225- Fountain Ave – CPR-in-Progress/Overdose – Police responded to assist EMS and Fire with a CPR-in-Progress. Police located the party lying on the floor unresponsive. Police attempted CPR until ERFD and EMS took over the scene. Due to the presence of narcotics on scene this investigation is still pending.
22-014233 – E. Stump St – Burglary of an Auto – It was reported that sometime between 10/08/22 and 10/12/22, an unknown party gained access to a vehicle and stole a handgun and a impact drill from his vehicle. The firearm was entered into NCIC.

Nightshift October 13-14, 2022
22-014248 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Warrant – Jalissa Strawter was arrested and booked at the Hamilton County Jail on an East Ridge warrant for Driving on Revoked (Alias Capias).
22-014253 – Slater Road – FI – A party was found to be sleeping in his vehicle at this location. He stated he is homeless and its safer here than Chattanooga. He was advised he could not sleep in this parking lot.
22-014241 – Eads Street – Burglary of Auto – A citizen called police after her medication was stolen out of her vehicle. An unknown subject entered her car after she inadvertently left it unlocked.
22-014245 – Mack Smith Road – Domestic Disorder – Officers responded to the after a reporting party stated his sister was beaten inside of a room but could not provide the number. Police spoke with two parties who were in a verbal disorder. No assault was observed to have occurred. Police stood on scene while one party retrieved her items from their apartment and left with the reporting party.
No Number Assigned – 600 Camp Jordan Parkway – Traffic Stop – Bryann Hill was taken into custody following a traffic stop at this location after being discovered to have an outstanding warrant out of Collegedale.
