Dayshift October 10
22-014065- Ridgeside Road- Auto Theft-
The victim advised an unknown suspect(s) took her work vehicle between 1900 hours on 10/9/22 and 0730 hours on 10/10/22 and advised the keys to the vehicle were possibly left either in the car or on the porch. The vehicle that was stolen is a silver 2022 Volkswagen Tiguan SE. The vehicle was entered into NCIC.
22-014074- Clemons Road- Burglary-
The caller advised someone entered her shed and took property. On scene she advised between the hours of 0300 and 0400 this morning her shed was broken into. She noticed this later in the morning and saw it had been ransacked. She advised the only thing she knows to be missing is an unknown number of swords with an unknown value.
22-014075- Tombras Avenue- Suspicious Person-
The caller advised a female was at the park talking to children about the bible. On scene no criminal actions were observed.
Officers responded to this address after the victim stated she was choked by her boyfriend, Dustin Walton. She then told officers Walton hit her juvenile daughter in the face. Police made contact with Walton and attempted to detain him at which time a struggle ensued. Walton was subsequently charged with aggravated domestic assault, child abuse/neglect, and resisting arrest.
22-014109- 6110 Welworth Ave- Assault PD only-
Police responded to this address after the reporting party stated he was kicked in the face by his girlfriend. On scene police made contact with the victim and Jeremy Fuqua. Fuqua appeared to be extremely intoxicated while interacting with officers. He was found to have an active order of protection against him with the victim being the protected party. Fuqua was taken into custody without incident.
22-014097– 941 Spring Creek Road– Disorder–
Police responded to the hospital and arrested Jamrir Joyne for disorderly conducted after he became aggressive with hospital staff.
22-014102 – 5301 Ringgold Road – Unconscious person-
Walgreens staff called police due to a male and female being passed out in a vehicle in the parking lot. Justin Clark and Elizabeth Clark were both arrested for possession of methamphetamine after consent was given to search their vehicle.
22-014107– Slater Road– Theft–
22-014108- Fountain Avenue- Drug Overdose-
A male was found unresponsive by his girlfriend in the parking lot of the apartment complex. Narcan was administered to the male by police and the fire department. The male was then treated by Hamilton County EMS. The male later admitted to using illegal narcotics.
