22-013919- 4145 Ringgold Road- Narcotics Arrest-
Joshua Britt was arrested for Possession of Heroin for Resale and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia following a traffic stop.
22-013920- 4145 Ringgold Road- Narcotics-
During the above listed traffic stop Megan Jackson was issued a misdemeanor citation for Simple Possession of Controlled Substance (Hydrocodone).
22-013729- 490 Greenview Way- Vehicle Recovery/Arrest-
John Harden was arrested on warrants for theft of a vehicle from the Budgetel. The stolen vehicle was recovered during the arrest.
22-013296 – Dunlap Ave – Theft –
The victim reported four firearms were stolen from his residence between September and October. A monthly cleaning service he subscribes to is believed to be responsible for the theft.
October 7-8 Night Shift
22-013962 – 3712 Fountain Ave – Warrant Service –
Police responded to this address for a reported disorder. Upon arrival police learned Ervin Williams was wanted by Murray County for probation violation. He was detained and taken to Silverdale.
22-013949 – 700 South Germantown Road – Warrant Service –
Following a traffic stop at this location, Michael Fossett, Jr. was taken into custody on warrants out of Sessions. Fossett was transported to Silverdale. Fossett was issued several traffic citations.
22-013951 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Warrant Service –
Contravis Davis was taken into custody and served with three Alias Capias warrants for Aggravated Burglary, Domestic Assault, and Vandalism.
22-013965 – 302 Dunlap Ave. Apt. 23 – Disorder / Arrest –
Police were called to this address regarding people arguing in the breezeway. Police took Jana Boyd into custody for Public Intoxication and transported her to Silverdale without incident.
October 8 Day Shift, 2022
22-013967- 3100 Ringgold Road- Warrant Service-
Lydell Boyd was taken into custody for multiple arrest warrants out of East Ridge and Hamilton County following a traffic stop. He was also charged with driving on revoked license.
Cumberland Bail Bonds brought Thomas Randolph Ellis, Jr to the police department to be taken into custody for his valid East Ridge warrants. Ellis was transported to the Hamilton County Jail, where he was served with the warrants and booked.
22-013981- Crescent Park- Suspicious Activity-
The caller advised his daughter found a ball bat and a jacket on the front porch. On scene the property was collected and put in property. The is no subject information.
22-013982- 4155 Ringgold Road- Warrant Service-
Edward Gupton was arrested on General Sessions Warrants. He was transported to Silverdale without incident.
The resident at this address called to report someone was ringing her doorbells and then running away. While on scene, police experienced the incident themselves and believe it to be a malfunction with the doorbell.
Nightshift Saturday October 8-9
22-013996 – 6200 Ringgold Road – Arrest –
Tony Boddie was taken in to custody for Driving While Revoked For DUI following a traffic stop at this location.
22-013994 – 300 Block Camp Jordan Road – Brush Fire –
Police responded with the Fire Department to reports of the woods being on fire. Police arrived on scene and located the fire and assisted with traffic control while the Fire Department extinguished the fire.
22-014005 – Camp Jordan Parkway – Suspicious Activity –
Police responded after an unknown male suspect threw a firework into the store dumpster before fleeing in the direction of the Motel 6. Store staff were required to extinguish a small fire in the dumpster area as a result of this incident.
22-014020- Ringgold Road- Suspicious Person-
The caller advised a homeless male was harassing employees and going through garbage cans. On scene the male had already left the area.
22-014021- 900 blk of Spring Creek Road- AOA-
Police were dispatched with ERFD on a fire in the woods. On scene the fire was located in a homeless camp on the Chattanooga side of Spring Creek. CFD and CPD also responded.
22-014025- Ringgold Road- AOA-
22-014046 – 6510 Ringgold Road – Theft / Warrant Service –
Police responded to this address regarding a theft. Once on scene, it was determined that James Coley had an active warrant out of East Ridge. Coley was transported to the Hamilton County Jail without incident.
22-014059 – 6519 Ringgold Road – Domestic Assault –
Police responded to this address regarding a domestic assault. Police observed several lacerations on the victim’s face that resulted from the suspect biting her cheek. Warrants will be sought for domestic assault.
