September 25 – Day Shift
5006 Newport Drive (Public Intoxication 22-013351):
Ramriez Marco was arrested for Public Intoxication after attempted to enter the residence at this location.
1615A Heather Street (Auto Theft 22-013360):
Warrants were sought to arrest Mauricio Gomez for theft of an automobile.
1515 Tombras Ave (Suspicious Person (22-013359):
Police responded to the community center after the teenage staff member contacted a friend using Facetime because a suspicious person was in the building bothering her. Officers encountered the man and asked him to step outside where they spoke with him. After a brief conversation with the party he left the area.

September 25 – Night Shift
915 South Seminole Drive (Arrest):
Derick Lindo was taken in to custody for Driving While Revoked For DUI and Open Container following a noise complaint at this location. (22-013378)
1615 Heather Street (Recovered Vehicle):
CPD recovered a vehicle that had originally been reported stolen in East Ridge. The vehicle was removed from NCIC. The suspect was located a short time later by CPD and was found to have an East Ridge warrant and to have the key fob to the stolen vehicle. He was arrested on the warrant and the key fob was returned to the victim. (22-013360)
941 Spring Creek Road (Disorderly Conduct):
Police arrested Luke Teague for disorderly conduct in the emergency room. Mr. Teague had been intoxicated and assaulted hospital staff. (22-013377)
941 Spring Creek Road (Assist a Citizen):
Police were dispatched to the Hospital regarding a female patient who was refusing to leave. Police gave the woman a ride to the Holiday Inn on N. Smith Street. No further police action taken. (22-013372)
