September 23 – Day Shift
4320 Bennett Rd (Threats 22-013267):
Officer responded to reports of violence against students participating in a planned walk-out protest. Police assisted school security officers with insuring no unwanted parties gained access to the property.
4100 Ringgold Rd (Pedestrian Struck 22-013279):
A 72-year-old female was struck while crossing Ringgold Rd in the crosswalk. She was transported by EMS to a local hospital.
4214 Ringgold Rd (Warrant Arrest 22-013266):
Belesario Ramirez-Tomas was arrested on East Ridge warrants
6801 Ringgold Rd (Criminal Trespass 22-013290):
Per the Property Manager, Whitni Barnett, Madison Morgan are not allowed on the property.
1614 Adair Ave (Found Property 22-013273):
Caller reported finding an X-Ray Tube Housing Assembly at the corner of Brack St and Adair Ave last night and brought it back to her home to turn into police today. It was placed into property and evidence for safekeeping.
500 S. Moore Rd (Panhandler 22-013283):
Panhandlers were advised to cease their activities while at this location.

September 23 – Night Shift
3100 Ringgold Road (Arrest):
Following a traffic stop at this location, Amanda Krause was taken into custody for driving on revoked for DUI. she was transported to Silverdale. Krause was also issued a traffic citation. (22-013310)
5076 South Terrace (Suspicious Persons):
Police made contact with Jack Pierce, Norman Bean, and Stacey McCombs behind The City Of Light Church after observing them sleeping here. They were advised to clean up their mess and leave the area due to the church complaining about people sleeping there. (No Number Assigned)
6602 Hilton Dr (Deceptive Practice):
Police took a scam report from this address. The reporting party was convinced to buy $2,000 worth of gift cards and give the card information to who she believed to be AT&T promotional representatives over the phone. (22-013300)
6737 Ringgold Road (Property Damage):
RP called police stating she was ran off the road by the new Food City in Georgia. She stated that both passenger side tires were damaged. Fort O. Police responded to the scene and handled the report. (No Number Assigned)
September 24 – Day Shift
915 S. Seminole Dr (Suspicious Vehicle 22-013316):
Caller reported a Maroon GMC Terrain that was parking in front of the mailboxes had been running all night. Police arrived on scene and located the vehicle that was occupied by two parties. The female passenger advised she resided in one of the apartments and they had fallen asleep in the vehicle by accident. The parties were advised to relocate to her apartment to finish their sleep.
7609 Standifer Gap Rd. – Warrant Service (22-013330)
Forfeiture Capias for Assault on Police served on Cristian Pablo Virbes at Silverdale.
6700 Ringgold Road / Suspicious Activity (22-013333):
Officers observed panhandlers at this location near the interstate. Both parties were advised to move on from their location to which they understood.

4100 block East Ridge Drive (Domestic Disorder):
Police were called here on reports of domestic assault. Upon arrival the victim stated her husband slapped and chocked her but refused to tell officers his name; because she did not want him to go to jail. (22-013339)
3200 block Navajo Drive (Violation Of Protection Order):
A warrant for Violation of a Protection Order is being sought for a male subject after he repeatedly emailed the complainant despite a valid Order Of Protection Through HCSO. (22-013340)
3300 Block Of Ringgold Road (AOA – Warrant):
Mark Revels was taken in to custody for a Felony Probation Violation warrant out of Rhea County after giving Police a false birth date at this location. (22-013349)
