The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along” reports.
Sept. 22 Day Shift
22-013231- 505 South Moore Road- Unconscious Person-
The caller advised a student was passing out. On scene officers stood by while EMS handled the call.
22-013235- 5319 Ringgold Road- Panhandling-
The caller advised a male and female were panhandling on the property. On scene police spoke with the couple. They were advised to move along.

Night Shift
836 S. Germantown Road / Property-Found (22-013240):
Police were called to this location for a found bicycle. The bike, an orange and gray Santa Cruz Blur, was entered into property.
1410 Mack Smith Rd / Arrest-other (22-013246):
Zackery Lewis was taken into custody at this location for violation of order of protection and driving on revoked for DUI.
1200 block Forest Green Dr / Theft from Motor Vehicle (22-013241):
Police responded to this location after the complainant noticed the license plate for his Chevy Silverado was stolen. The man stated his neighbors had a Dodge Pickup truck with a Florida license plate previously and observed a Tennessee license plate on their truck after his license plate was stolen. No suspect information was provided originally to officers. The complainant’s neighbors were not home at this time.
1207 Forest Green Dr / Theft – Arrest (22-013250, 22-013252, 22-013254):
The complainant called police again after observing his license plate to be on the neighbor’s truck. The man then advised he saw two males exit the truck prior to police arrival. Police spoke with the residents and owner of the vehicle, David Ervin. Ervin told officers he recently purchased the Dodge truck with the license plate on it. Ervin was also found to have multiple warrants and taken into custody. While at the residence Dameion Ervin was found to have an outstanding warrant out of East Ridge as well. Both parties were taken into custody for the outstanding warrants. David Ervin was also charged with theft of property for being in possession of the stolen license plate. The complainant’s license plate was removed from the Dodge truck and returned to him on scene.
619 Camp Jordan Parkway, Unit 105 / Burglary Business-Attempted (22-013261):
Two males were arrested for Attempted Burglary of a Business and Unlawful Possession of a Gun (Underage) when seen attempting to steal grease from the rear of Buddy’s Bar-b-q.
6700 Ringgold Road / Arrest-Warrant (22-013249):
Jereme Billups was arrested at this location following a call on active East Ridge Warrants.
